Well I ordered a a full slab. The slab I got is cut up some of the bones are dry as hell some of the bones could use a little bit more cooking. Also it was new to having a tomato sauce put on my ribs and they call it barbecue sauce it is a tomato sauce. I wouldn't recommend eating here. Not if you know what good barbecue should taste like. I took my order to go but I watched a couple of regulars get their order and their bones were meaty and huge of the smaller meat bones if you're an outsider definitely do not go here if you're a regular then you really don't know good ribs

Found this gem after I took my son to Triple Bs farm. Its exactly what you think an old school BBQ joint would look like. They are only open til the food runs out. I ordered the half chicken, kielbasa sandwich, piggy mac, and fried pickles. The half a chicken was a good size and not dried out. I paired it with the sweet and tangy sauce. The kielbasa was excellent. It had a good flavor profile. The piggy mac was good. The pulled pork was flavorful. The fried pickles were a decent size, but had a little too much breading for my taste. They allowed me to try their various sauces since it was my first time there. The sauces were good. Had more of a tomato base then most sauces I've had. I liked the sweet and tangy and my 18 monther liked the mild. I got the sauces on the side so I could share with him. I would definitely go back the next time, I'm in that area. I want to try the ribs and pork chop next.

Have been ordering from here for years. Food has always been very good. Ordered take out on Saturday 7/19/2025. 4 chops n a pork steak. The chops were terrible. They were nothing but fat n bone. I got 3 pieces of good meat out of mine! Very disappointing. ☹️

Quaint little shack tucked between the road and the river, offering darn good food. Wether you want a simple hotdog, pulled pork, a slab of ribs or a pork steak bigger than the plate, come here. Sides are tasty. The fresh cut fries, macaroni and cheese, coleslaw and baked beans are delish. Wings? Yum - & whole! Come on down. Check the website first for hours.

I am newly addicted to the food here. I stopped because we needed a new Lenten fish restaurant and the sign caught my eye. But the bbq smell drew me inside from the parking lot, it was enticing. The fish sandwiches are hugh and very tasty. The huluski is perfect with a nice sized portion. I read the menu to my hubby and now we are going back for bbq tomorrow! EXCELLENT ALL AROUND!!
I have eaten there for a long time. I tell everyone about it. The food is great, i like the sweet and tangy, the fries are really good, but the potatoe salad is the best. I prefer the riblets to chops, only because riblets are boneless. The owners are real good people. If you don't try it your are missing out off the best rib joint in the valley.

The Rib Cage is a n little BBQ joint tucked away on the side of the road that's only open a few days ago week. I stopped in for lunch on a recommendation, and I'm glad I did. I sat at the bar and went with the lunch special, two pork chops smothered in the spicy bbq sauce, and a side of fresh cut fries. The chops were delicious and tender, the sauce had a nice spicy kick with some tang to it. The fries were perfect. And you get to snack on free peanuts, a nice touch.The people who worked there were all very nice. They recommend to call ahead so you don't have to wait if you're in in a hurry.

I went here a few months ago to try the food with my kids. OMG, the food was horrible. For the people that are rating 4 stars have no taste buds and love bland food. First, the food has no seasoning or flavor. It taste like the food was boiled and cooked in the oven. Zero smoke flavor or smoke rings. Lastly, the so called “BBQ sauce” was straight up unflavored marinara sauce. We couldn’t eat this garbage and I wouldn’t even feed it to my dogs.
