Order the 2 for 7 and both sandwiches were horrible the buns was stale lettuce was brown we couldn't even eat it if I would have know this would have checked my sandwiches in drive thru! The only thing that was good was fries!

What is up with every Arby's location having sticky floors and slow service? The staff were very slow to make taking approximately 15 minutes. Very poor service. No sauces in the dispenser. I don't think I'll ever visit a Arby's again. No matter what location. The food was decent even though it took 15 minutes. $30 for lunch that was slow and your shoes stuck to the floor. No thanks

Second time in 2 weeks I have tried this Arby location. Both times I ordered the Gyro. Although the taste of the product was good and service was pleasant. Both times the amount of meat on the sandwich was really small. Arby adversities they have the meat. But That is not true on the Gyro, just enough to cover the bread and it does not make it to the ends. Skimpy on the meat on the Gyro, I would not recommend this sandwich select another type. It used to have meat so you could barely close it when eating now you can roll it up and then you have to look for the meat. Disappointed in this sandwich and the lack of meat on it.

For fast food I really like Arby's because it doesn't seem like you're going to die soon after eating it as far as the sandwiches like roast beef Etc. I really like the potato cakes. This time I tried the burger for the first time and it actually was good although a little more cooked than I like. I tried the French dip in it was good I probably not order it again although the au jus is pretty good for fast food restaurant

They screwed our order up badly. I'm not one for leaving bad reviews on things like this (mistakes happen), but holy guacamole my dudeskis.
No cheese or sauce on the beef and cheddar, no dip for the French dip my partner ordered and the cheese wasn't melted on it. Food was as dry as a Western Psych turkey sandwich, which makes it a choking hazard.
Drinks were screwed up but they did fix that at least. Staff seemed like they wouldn't have minded being raptured on the clock.

A couple/ few months ago, it was my favorite fast food joint in Monroeville for several years....
They've always been open until 10:00pm.... All of a sudden, just as the clocks sprung forward to give us more daylight, they started closing at 8:00!!! Very disappointed & sad I can't make it there in time anymore... :)
Staff and everything else has always been excellent though! :)
Sorry for the negative overall score, but I check at least once a week to see if your hours went back to normal & it always puts a frown on my face :(
Nothing about this place is ok. Its dirty. The people dont wear gloves or wash thier hands. The staff is lazy and incompetent. Orders are always wrong/cold/missing items. The manager dont care at all. The staff here is the exact reason why most people say that most fast food employees are not worth more than $10 an hour. I have given them a few tries and will not spend a penny here in the future. I seriously hope the place closes down. When im spending as much here for a meal as i am at Texas roadhouse I expect the same service. They also argue with you and get mad when you tell them that something is missing or something is cold/old. There is so much more to say but im goimg to leave it at that.

Pulled into drive thru on 6/7 at 7:49pm. Was told they close at 10 to 8. Online says closing time is 8pm. Maybe you should update the time online and turn off all your drive thru and signage lighting at 7:49 also
