Prices are through the roof here any more, they charge $5 for a bottle of water now. $20 for two pretzel bite cups and one cheese sauce. The location itself was pretty decent overall but the cost is a little out of hand lately

The girl that rang me and my girlfriend up was amazingly nice and super helpful. However, was charged 2.99 for 1.04 oz of cheese.

Pretzels were ok, but not worth $8. I can't remember exactly what the cheese cost, I think $1.25 for a very small amount of cheese.Friendly staff but Waaaaaaay over priced.

I work in the mall and there is never any pretzels prepared at the time of mall opening . They always tell you " its drinks only" not only are you losing business but its unprofessional. Baking takes time , staff should come in early to ensure there is product to purchase at the OPENING of the mall. why are the lights on if you have no product to sell? and $16 for a pretzel drink and cheese? most businesses give a discount to mall employees however you guys dont offer that . and it makes sense seeing that your not open on time or generating business to show your fellow mall staff appreciation. Seeing that we are probably the biggest supporters. I enjoy the pretzels and drinks but for what they cost you guys should be open on time prepared to sell

It was 7:12pm. I wanted to order a pretzel with extra butter but the girl behind the counter said everything was put away. Why would they have everything put away when they're open til 9pm? Pretzel was okay but could have been better.
I asked the young lady to please make me a fresh no salted pretzel because they had been sitting for 20 minutes and she directed me to go upstairs they could do it upstairs.

$24 for 2 pretzels and a drink. Wow. Disney land prices!! Lucky my kid ordered so I followed through, but everytime I walk by, I will remind them that someday vengeance will be mine.

You're charging $10 of pretzel now and you're seriously asking customers for tips?Absolutely ridiculous they are not serving anything they're handing you the pretzel and done maybe you guys should pay the workers more so you don't have to try to and sanitize them with making tips
