Then when we were asked about drizzle, I asked for sides of ranch, and the lady rudely proceeded to say she’s going to charge 52 cents per cup. Very rude and poor customer Service and she gave us attitude the whole time we were there . Terrible experience . Unfortunately

I usually order from this location and I never leave reviews for minor inconveniences but I was surprised with the quality this time. The crust was so thin that it was see through like paper and I had little to no toppings especially for how expensive my order was. They forgot to add my ranch cup which you have to pay extra for or else I wouldn’t really complain about that either (online order).

I would give a zero for atmosphere if I could. The restaurant was disgusting. The front vestibule area was covered in garbage. All of the tables were dirty. It was not busy. There was only 1 person in the dining room when we got there. We were there at 451 on a Monday, so definitely not a busy time. My son came out of the bathroom and said it was so gross he did not feel comfortable using it. I asked for the owner's business card so that I could contact them privately and I was told by the manager, that he couldn't find any contact info for the manager. We have been to several locations, we were even at Settler's Ridge the week prior, and we have never experienced this. It was disgusting as a business and even worse because it was a food venue. There is absolutely no excuse for this.

Ive been to Blaze pizzas all over the country. This is the worst. Horrible customer service. They advertise a build your own pizza then charge you extra for the portions. The manager was the worst Ive ever seen in any business. She litterally counted the pepperoni on my build your own pizza then charge $3 for more then 8 pieces. Then made a huge seen and told me she would just throw my pizzas in the trash. Then started yelling at me. This was complete discrimination. Misleading customers then charging them for things not advertised. So can get a build your own pizza and get a portion of every single topping with no extra charge but if I get a build your own with pepperoni and sausage and want more pepperoni then they charge extra for getting more then 8 pieces of pepperoni. NO OTHER BLAZE PIZZA ANY ELSE CHARGES FOR MORE THEN 8 PIECES OF PEPPERONI ON A BUILD YOUR OWN. This is discrimination on pizza lovers all over the world. This location should not be representing the Blaze name. Worst experience ever.

We order a custom pizza to-go at Blaze often and always check it before leaving. To day at the Monreville location, we weren’t loving the first round—crust was a bit too undercooked when specified well done, the topping of hot honey drizzle was absent and it wasn’t cut per special instructions. Told the staff, and the manager stepped up and they remade it no questions asked. The second pie? Perfect. Charred crust, hot honey drizzle, and cut the way we asked.
Love that they stand by their product and actually care if you’re happy. Custom pizzas can be hit or miss, but the manager and the Blaze team made it right. Props to the team for turning it around fast and with a smile.

I love pizza and recently love getting a cauliflower crust. I'm not gluten sensitive but I love the rich flavor with low calorie. I recently got a cauliflower crust with fresh mozz, basil, Oregano, arugula, pepperoni, green pepper, spinach, and broccoli. It was amazing.I drizzled it with chilli oil.
