My daughter is visiting and wanted to stop in here. Had she not been with us, we would've gone elsewhere. They were out of turkey but did have chicken and meatloaf which is what she wanted. They were also out of Coke products. The biggest negative impact was the manager. He went on and on griping about the staffing situation and said he's working seven days a week. He also complained about broken equipment. The place was filthy. My boyfriend used to be the general manager there and was appalled at the condition of the restaurant and was surprised they passed the health inspection.

The good is still good...and they had stuffing. These ladies were really humbling to make sure everything was perfect.

12/30/21 Boston Market in Monroeville. I will never go back again. Before they were closed down by the pandemic this place had good food and the service was very quick and they were pleasant. I stopped there today to get 2 dinners to go. The man who was suppose to be waiting on customers was running all around the building and kept yelling that they were out of protein lids to the other employee. No one came the wait on me for 10 mins. when he did come, he said did you make up your mind yet? I ordered the first dinner a meatloaf dinner, he told the girl in the back and then let the room again. He did not ask me if I wanted anything else. When the girl brought the 1st dinner over, I told her I wanted a second dinner and she took my order. He came back to the counter to ring up my order. The cornbread that was to come with my order was on a tray and half of them were burnt black. When he went to pick my corn bread, he picked a black piece. I said I do not want that piece, it is burnt, I would like to have one that is not burnt. He picked up one not burnt and put it in the bag with the burnt one and again I said, I do not want that one. To which he said it is not burnt. Again I said I do not want that one. He said can't you see I am doing it. So to be a smart a___, when I got home there were only 2 corn breads in my bag. And if this customer service wasn't bad enough, when I was walking out the guy and his fellow employee were talking about me loud enough for my to hear and there was another customer standing right there waiting to be waited on. I own and run a service business and if one of my employees treated a customer like this, I would fire them.

Upon entering, we were immediately notified that there was a lot of food that was not available, but the woman serving up front was amazing. Very pleasant. Though disappointed, she made the bitter pill of bad news easier to swallow. Some of the food was fresh, while some did not look its best. But in times where it seems as if bad attitudes are slowly becoming the norm, good service and a smile can go a long way.

Everytime i come here they are sold out of chicken and keep trying to push meatloaf on you. Just went there today, employee said another employee stole all the chicken. This place is Ghetto and needs to be closed down or under new management ASAP!

Absolutely DISGUSTING. You’re on Uber eats as Rotisserie chicken, different menu. I never received the Caesar salad, the corn that was Received was cold and definitely not Parmesan, The artisan bread that you advertise you do not have a paid extra for garlic cheese artisan bread which you do not have and your broccoli and carrots were dry and called it looked like they were out of a steam bag absolutely the most terrible meal I’ve ever had

I GIVE THIS PLACE 0 STARS. ITS A FRONT FOR PEOPLE WHO WONT GET THE VAXX!!!! I made the mistake of ordering from this location. I walked in to get my food and notice trash piled up in the seating area and a light smell of urine. Boxes everywhere as well as an employee sleeping on the counter, watching "island Boys" on youtube? ONE OF TWO employee asked if I needed something ( was not wearing gloves or a mask) and I explained that was here to pick up an order that was paid for. One women checked the order then asked the other women working the register if "it was ok". I didn't check my order only to find out some food that I ordered and also paid for was not in the bag. I called to see if i could get my koney back and they told me there was nothing they could do. The food I order was not only not in my bag but also unavailable and no one told me. Dont ever go here. Live life covid free.

Staff was great. I was disappointed to walk in at lunchtime to find they only had chicken or meatloaf and I wanted a salad. Food was still good

Quality good as always.BUT warm, not hot. Portions smaller and 1/4 chicken, potato, 1side , a drink. Almost $13. Ouch!

Arthur is such a wonderful employee of Boston Market. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Our meal was great and his customer service was outstanding. Thanks Arthur for showing our family kindness and for making our day brighter.

They are offering a limited menu of chicken and sides. I don't know how long they will be doing that. The quarter chicken dark with mash potatoes was good as always. The service was good and the dining are was clean.

Boston Market always runs out of food after 5-6 o'clock. I'm not impressed. I haven't patronized them since before the pandemic. But don't get me wrong, the food is good...IF they have any.

The employees were very nice however at only 11:45 AM I’d say 30% of their menu was sold out. Probably not their fault, probably corporate’s fault, but either way The best menu items were sold out and the rest of the food that I settled for was not good at all all. Very disappointed in my 14$ lunch, I should’ve went to sheets
