Waited for almost 2 minutes before anyone said anything. Then we order our food & it was gross & wrong. We ordered a whopper jr without onions and this is what we got. Then the chicken nuggets and chicken fries were like they were sitting out past time & then just thrown back into the oil to heat it up. Fries were like cardboard. Absolutely horrible... Get it together management.

I normally try to stay away from the negativity however I can't help but not to share this woman! I have never seen a manager act the way the one at the Burger King in Haymaker Village, Monroeville, PA does. She is rude, disrespectful, and downright mean to her employees. I have witnessed her scream inches away from their faces, yelling so loudly it is uncomfortable for everyone around. She talks down to them, cuts them off, and berates them in front of customers. Her constant hostile attitude makes the entire place tense and unpleasant.
This behavior does not just affect employees. Customers feel it too. She is impatient, cold, and unwelcoming, creating a terrible atmosphere. A manager should lead by example, but she does the opposite, tearing down her team and making their jobs harder. If it were not for her workers showing up and doing the real work, she would not even have a job.
What makes it worse is that this is not a one-time incident. This kind of behavior happens regularly. I have seen the same pattern of yelling, belittling, and disrespect every time I have been there when she is working. It is not just bad management — it is constant bullying. No one should have to put up with that in their workplace, especially when they are there to serve customers and keep the store running.
A restaurant should feel like a place where both employees and customers are treated with basic respect, but under her leadership it is the exact opposite. The environment she creates pushes good employees away, makes customers uncomfortable, and hurts the reputation of the entire business. If nothing changes, this location will lose both staff and loyal customers because of her behavior. She is completely unfit to be a manager and should be removed immediately.
This company does not pay enough to keep a car on the road let alone pay for a place to live.
I love Burger King, but this is definitely not a good location. They are ridiculously slow at getting orders out and no one seems to know what they are doing. In my opinion, it’s bad management and poor training.

Look I gotta be real this store is one of the best the general manager miss amber is awesome never has a attitude more so try’s to help everyone even me I’ve been going through some problems but she always try’s her hardest to fit everyone’s need best store I’ve worked at in a while

Miserable staff. I understand that with the power outage there's a long line. But we're all waiting in that line and they're taking dashers running up to the window interrupting the flow. I'm a Dasher myself. I don't get that special treatment. And they shouldn't be taking anybody out of turn. I will never frequent this place and spend my money here.

Curiosities in the food. Day old breakfast sandwiches. Cold burgers at lunch hour. Unsanitary smells in the food. This place is a festering petri dish of fecal sluice passed off with intention. Vomitorious. And, for the most part, exceedingly rude staff, with a rare exception here and there.

I came in about a week ago and there ended being an issue with my order. I’m not upset about it cause mistakes happen but I would like to mention Jennifer because she handled the situation so professionally and she was incredibly patient and kind. If she’s not a manager then she should be because she made everything go smoothly.
