Just got back from the store and im fuming they messed up my order. The Manager embarrassed me by telling everyone how much I ordered. You should kissing my butt begging for me to come back.

Was told in drive thru to wait a moment. Waited 15 minutes at drive thru speaker box. Three other cars in line left. I would have left ,but I had already paid via mobile order.
Chicken nuggets looked and tasted like they had been in the fryer since Kid Vid of the 1990s Burger King Kids Club had made them.

I have always enjoyed BK food. But after tonight's order I have to ask, WHERE'S THE BEEF? Junior whopper burgers covered the bun in the past. Tonight, I felt like my order came from McDonalds. They always rip you off with downsizing and overpricing. You expect that at McD's! Not Burger King. BK, please dont turn into one of them!?

Usually decent however in times of business they routinely forget food and screw up orders. This is two drive thru orders that they have messed up lately. If they can correct this mistake they will be alright
Placed mobile order for dine in. Not a long wait. Big menu board with great lighting. Temperature here can sometimes be really cold or warm. Food was hot and fresh. Some tables were not clean though
