It's a burger king, nothing special, it's clean, a little small inside. Overall it's a decent burger king
My experience at this new burger King location was not very pleasant at all. There was confusion at the order speaker when I wanted to redeem my free friend offer. The manager shut the window in my face as I was trying to clarify the coupon issue. Then when I realized I needed ketchup before I pulled off. Another employee opened the window and asked "what are you waiting for?" I'd rather drive an extra mile to go to the hamar location from now on.

Carrols new BK is totally awesome. Love the clean and beware feel, but more importantly, the fast and friendly service. We are only able to do walk-in orders as our vehicles are too large for tight drive-through lanes. The counter staff was on point, ready to put the order in, and delivered our freshly made sandwiches expediently. I ordered a double hamburger, which oddly confuses many establishments, often requiring me to send the burger back for one with no cheese. However, this order was right on. Not a fan of the parking lot layout. Cannot really drive around the drive-through lane to leave the same way in, and the alternate exit does not provide for East bound turns. Other than the cramped lot, this location gets a high-five.
Kid-friendliness: Plenty of cardboard crowns on the counter!

HORRIBLE!!!!!!! The new location makes me miss the old location. Terrible service, constant mistakes with orders, 90% of the time the food is under cooked. Soggy undercooked onion rings, raw barely cooked fries, cold burgers with wrong toppings, half the staff seems to have no human communication skills

The old location was kind of terrible. The new location is beautiful. I've only had one meal here so far. It was during lunch time. Rush and it was a soggy mess. I'm not giving up on Burger King but I might just go back to harmarville if I get another bad meal here in Monroeville
Parking: It's a very awkward parking lot. You're supposed to take the new street light to get to this location. And the parking lot is tight and kind of screwy. I guess they did the best with what they could drawing it up

Came in around 9:05pm. Best whopper I've eaten in a long time. Fresh and hot. Drive thru was quick and the man taking my order very knowledgeable and even offered sauce for my onion rings or I would have forgotten. Keep up the great work. I think I found my new lunch spot.
