Carrols new BK is totally awesome. Love the clean and beware feel, but more importantly, the fast and friendly service. We are only able to do walk-in orders as our vehicles are too large for tight drive-through lanes. The old location was kind of terrible. The new location is beautiful. I've only had one meal here so far. It was during lunch time. Rush and it was a soggy mess. I'm not giving up on Burger King but I might just go back to harmarville if I get another bad meal here in Monroeville
