Terrible service. Hard to enjoy any kind of food or beer when the bartender won’t serve you. Every time I’ve been here it’s poor service, but this time was so bad I just walked out.

Ordered to go and it was okay they forgot ricotta cheese too on both pizzas. I called to let them know but I wasn’t waiting for the long automated call, so that’s on me. The price for what you get…. Nah. It didn’t wow me. Didn’t look like the photos presented online. What did I expect. We ate there plenty of times and got hoagies and felt the same way. Something missing. Maybe a different location is better? Feel like I wasted my hard earned money.

I have been getting take-out through their online ordering here regularly over the last year. The food is great but the service is spotty at best. Especially the last few months...last night was the final straw. I arrived and part of my order (fried zucchini) was not ready. I stayed near the bar in sight of the takeout counter for 20 minutes. Eventually the blonde girl that waited on me is waving good night to the rest of the staff and leaves. I go up to the counter and wait for someone else to come. They find my food all ready to go. No matter how good the food is, poor service like that will put a place out of business. I routinely tip 20%+ on my orders also...

The food and atmosphere at this place was lit 🔥. The music, people, and overall vibe was great. We will definitely be back again. My buddy got the 12 inch cheese pizza 🍕 and I got the grilled chicken hoagie sandwich 🥪 😋.

This was hands down the best pizza I have ever had in my 27 years of life. I’m from Alabama and traveled to Pennsylvania for work and ordered a Brooklyn pizza with the Caliente honey and instantly knew I was in love. If there are any negative reviews on this place EVER. DO NOT LISTEN TO THEM. This place is INSANELY GOOD!!!!

Worst service ever. The waitress took our order - dropped off the pizza and was never to be seen again. Finally asked the other waitress to find her so we could pay our bill. Found out the waitress that we asked was also the manager. I told her how poor our services was and she was well aware of it. Basically agreed? Gave the lame excuse that she was from another one of their restaurants. Really, that was all you had. I guess it is what it is - a warm body- stop worrying about how many awards that you won, and work on customer service - Monroeville first-
Oh by the way - no service- no tip.

I have gotten Caliente at a Penguin’s game but this was our first time actually ordering it from one of their locations. We got 2 pizzas, a side of fries and an order of cheesy bread and it was almost $100. I am always willing to pay for good pizza but unfortunately one of their “award winning pizzas” was COMPLETELY raw in the center. Extremely disappointing and with all the other good pizza in Pittsburgh, we will probably not return.

My only complaint is that they do not have real silverware. Plastic and it breaks all the time. Great atmosphere. Calazone great.
