They forgot items in my order and it has been a NIGHTMARE trying to contact someone to get a refund or replacement. Absolutely awful experience with this location.

This Chick-fil-A provides fast service and good value. They have a kid indoor playground, plenty of seating, and 2 lanes for drive through. When the drive through lines wrap the building, you can expect a 15+ minute wait and process before you see your food, which is faster than some other fast food places with similar customer count. (It would be nice if busy drive throughs like this had a real-time sign indicating expected wait time.)

The parking lot was horrible. We were literally stuck in the line and could not exit the parking lot. It was horrible.

The portion size isn't worth the price. I order a large fry and the carton is 70% filled and the size of chicken breast on a sandwich is getting smaller. For what ever reason it seems like this store uses a small size chicken breast. I go to the store in Greensburg and aspinwall and the chicken is hanging out of bun, At this store u have to remove the top of the bun to see if there is even chicken there. Im get tired of this place. Its time to stop going there.

It’s a fast food chicken sandwich place so the atmosphere is not anything special. The food is good. Nice lunch options but not something I would want every day it’s the people who make the difference. Other fast food restaurants are hit and miss. When I find a good place I shout it out but I could go to another chain and it’s different from day to day. Not at Chick Fil A. The service is always great. Always

Nothing about this chick fil a is worth the effort. The location is abysmal, so you’re stuck waiting at traffic lights for ten minutes before you can even get to the line. Then it’s a 25 minute wait with no option to do mobile thru or pick up an online order inside. They really should have a warning with online orders if the location has a long wait time. The food quality was good like any chick fil a, but no fast food is worth a half hour wait.

My car broke down in this chick-fila’s parking lot. A crew of managers came right out once they noticed I was stuck. They worked so well and efficient together to push my vehicle in a safe spot. They were able to diagnose my vehicles problem. I went in for a bite to eat with my daughter and they kindly paid for my meal. I am beyond grateful for the staff here and would highly recommend this chick-fila. I will definitely be retuning. The food was wonderful. Thank you staff for turning around my day.

Food and service are great. Drive thru is a nightmare to access. Spent 7 minutes driving around the plaza trying to find the drive through entrance. Even better they only allow mobile order for drive thru in the morning so I am forced to sit in their hellscape drive thru. And the parking lot also sucks and is very confusing. Once again food and service are great but accessing this location and using their drive thru is so awful it’s enough to make me not want to come
