My car broke down in this chick-fila’s parking lot. A crew of managers came right out once they noticed I was stuck. They worked so well and efficient together to push my vehicle in a safe spot. They were able to diagnose my vehicles problem. I went in for a bite to eat with my daughter and they kindly paid for my meal. I am beyond grateful for the staff here and would highly recommend this chick-fila. I will definitely be retuning. The food was wonderful. Thank you staff for turning around my day.

Food and service are great. Drive thru is a nightmare to access. Spent 7 minutes driving around the plaza trying to find the drive through entrance. Even better they only allow mobile order for drive thru in the morning so I am forced to sit in their hellscape drive thru. And the parking lot also sucks and is very confusing. Once again food and service are great but accessing this location and using their drive thru is so awful it’s enough to make me not want to come

I just want to appreciate the fast, consistent, and accurate service here. I love how chick-fil-a has their restaurants staffed well with someone at each station, and has good staff!!

I went through the drive through and ordered 2 meals and a frozen lemonade with whipped cream on the side (a reasonable request, especially when I spent over $30). I casually mentioned I would be giving the whipped cream to my dog to the guy in the booth (off record). When I got to the window they told me the don't give "pup cups." On my receipt were the words "RED FLAG PUP CUP." My dog was devastated after waiting patiently in thier ridiculous line.
Don't respect elivery drivers. They essentially work for them. Making their deliveries so they don't have to hire delivery people. They even deny water.
