I love Chick Fil you know there are very few in NY.. my cookie were stale ?. Not fresh maybe it was because it was almost closing time but I order 2 Mac and cheese they gave me 1 and sub with fruit cup .. that’s not what I ordered by the time I got home to call it was close . And we know that they are not open on Sunday.

Horrible, horrible drive thru service. Food is basically thrown at you. Not asked if you would like condiments or anything. No ketchup, no sauces for chicken strips. No napkins in the bag. So very sad that these kids want to dollar in exchange for ZERO customer service

I have been to hundreds of CFAs and am a huge fan. This was the slowest CFA I have ever been to. The service was terrible and the food was not fresh. This was not a CFA experience.

I'm amazed at how quickly the drive thru line moves here. Always prompt and order is correct. Plus friendly and kind. Love the chicken sandwich but tried the deluxe for the first time. Definitely worth it. Would get it again..
I recently visited Chick-fil-A, and honestly, I just don't understand the hype. We endured a 30-minute wait in the drive-thru, which seems excessive for any fast food restaurant. When we finally got our food, it was, at best, mediocre. The chicken was passable if you're being generous, and the waffle fries were a letdown – not sorry to say they were pretty much inedible in my book.The staff, while polite and courteous with their mechanical "my pleasure" responses, couldn't make up for the lackluster meal. It's clear that the polite staff and the scripted service is a part of the brand's charm, but it feels overdone.I gave in to trying this place because my kid was curious, mainly drawn by the fruit cup on the menu. Unfortunately, he didn't like the chicken or the fries either. We've since learned that making our own healthier and tastier version at home is much more satisfying and cost-effective.It's puzzling to see adults willing to stand in line like cattle for what amounts to overpriced, average fried chicken and arguably the worst fries around, yet get frustrated over other minor inconveniences elsewhere. This visit was my last; there are definitely better options out there that don't require a half-hour wait for such an ordinary meal.

How does every chic fil a have the best, happiest employees!!? I also am picky. So my order can get confusing. I eat at chic fil a a lot! And they never mess my order up! Best mac and cheese. Also the line can always look intimidating. It started out long 1 lane we got through and food in 15 mins! They are very efficient pushing people through ( with the right order )

Good service, efficient, reasonable pricesParking: You can park in the adjacent plaza if the lot gets full but I parked in the lot. Construction made it hard to turn directly in but you have to go through the plaza and come in from the back side
