Worst experience ever..had no change for $20 bill...ordered the fisj...they always served cod...today it was tilapia and didn't say they ad changed the fish!!! Refused to give me a refund!!! Had no salt, no fountaint drinks, no napkins...DO NOT EAT HERE!!!

Love the (Mido) cashier’s hospitality when I ordered! I even got a lollipop. Made my day!! Ordered chicken tenders with fries and Fanta. Warm and crispy alright— seasoning is decent: not too bland not too salty. No long wait.
Kid-friendliness: The cashier smiles and ready to work! Made my day. And also I got a free lollipop from him haha.
Awesome little chicken shop despite the reviews. Never heard of it but stopped for dinner on our way out of the mall, I got popcorn chicken and my fiancee got the tenders. Took a bit because it was just one dude doing everything with a few orders ahead of us but he was friendly and productive and gave a heads up. Food came out piping hot and perfectly seasoned. Good portions of large pieces and tastes better than fast food chicken but maybe the same oil as the fish? Was a bit pricey for a food court, but in this economy, with Auntie Anne's charging $7 for a bottle of soda next door? Definitely going back.

I had never eaten here before.I can assure you I never will again.I ordered the chicken tenders 3 piece and fries, comes to like 12.00 no big deal.Told him I would be back in 15 minutes.Come back grab my food and open the box and the chicken looked so dried out.It was tough to bite through.Also it looked like he overcooked them because the fries were brown not golden color and they were soggy from retaining too much oil while fryingI was starving so I tried to eat one pieceand instantly regretted it.So I go back and explain to the man why I would just like my money backNo hard feelings.This man really was trying to calculate how much to charge me for the ONE tender my throat is still upset with me for trying to eat.He actually only gave me a 10.00 bill back.He also didn't like it too much when I politely told him he is overcooking the food.He treated me like I was trying to get away with something and I started to feel uncomfortable with how the whole situation played out.He took it personal.As he should have because he overcooked my food and ruined it.

The mall itself is a little lame, like a big flea market. But this dudes chicken and his friendliness has gotten my respect! Dude was super nice and accommodating to my young kids. Very patient. Made a rather hectic day and ordering process a little more relaxed. Im thankful for that. Fries were spectacular too.
Kid-friendliness: The guy was just super relaxed and patient. I get stressed with my own damn kids, so i appreciate when someone can be so polite to young kids and accommodating.

The workers were nice, but it took 15 minutes for them to make my food. They told me this after I paid, but should have told me first. The food tasted good, but the wings had no meat on them.
They were not wearing gloves and hair nets.
