I check the weekly offerings and try to plan a trip when something sounds appealing. I will say that I have enjoyed 95% of the ones I tried. You can't go wrong with the semi-sweet chocolate chip. The pineapple upside down cake was delicious. The orange creamsicle flavor was spot on. They recently had a peanut butter crisp cookie featuring Butterfinger. It tasted like the candy bar in cookie form.
Normally the Crumbl in Monroeville is super nice and cookies are good but when I went on July 16 at 9:30 I was never greeted no one even looked at us. I waited for 10 min for my cookies. They slammed my cookies down never opened the box and never told me have a nice day. I got my cookies and the lucky charm one didn’t have the lucky charm marshmallows on it, it just had regular marshmallows on it. I ordered on the app before going in and put that I was here a good 5 minutes...
Went here because my daughter had been seeing a bunch of ads for it on social media and I had never heard of it so we figured let's go try.
In terms of ordering experience it's pretty straight forward as you place your order on one of two computers they have and then step aside and wait for your name to be called.
In regards to the space itself it was bright and pleasing to look at and clean.
