It was busy but staff was attentive and nice. Food came out hot. As a chef it was nice to see the teamwork to ensure good service and hot food being delivered to tables by their staff.

We will definitely be back! They have a kids menu and even have a doggy menu for when the patio is open! I got the buffalo chicken mac n cheese, and it was amazing! Went on a Sunday night and the parking lot and restaurant were packed. Always a good sign. They said it would be a long wait for a table, so we just sat at the bar. Got drinks quick, food quick, service was great and the bartender was very nice. Highly recommend.

I've eaten here before but this past Sunday (1/11) was a disappointing experience. Arrived about 5:15 as a party of 2 was told there were no seats available and they would put me on the waitlist and I received the confirmation text. About 3 minutes later another party of 2 walks in and was told they just needed to clean off a table and they would be seated. Then the staff person proceeds to clean the table, grab menus and seat the party that walked in after mine. I pointed out to the staff that we were there first and on the waitlist and even the customer said we should be seated. No apology from the staff or acknowledgement that they made a mistake. I ended up leaving without eating. The service at the Dad's Braddock Hills has always been consistently better and I will continue to go there instead.

Lamb gruben and red ale were absolutely fantastic. The mac n cheese was rather bland. Even though the server never actually stopped at the table ( she slowed down enough to communicate) service was great. Some menu items appeared a bit pricey to me but maybe I'm just cheap.

The gyro was packed and delicious. Yinzer burger was also a hit as well as fire balls 😋 Tara was a fabulous waitress. Such a great personality. First time ever here. Will definitely make the 30 minute drive back.

Great food and reasonable prices, Dad's is one of the best places to eat in Monroeville. They keep their menu small and specialized — a hallmark of a good restaurant, in my opinion — focusing on traditional bar foods like burgers, hotdogs, wings, and pizza. Occasionally, they'll introduce seasonal dishes and cocktails which are almost always delicious. They do tend to run out of ingredients from time to time (especially for the seasonal items but also occasionally the main menu items), which can be a bit of a bummer, but other than that we've never been disappointed eating here.
