Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

A bit slow in food delivery, but the drive thru was being slammed. They only have Pepsi products which sucks (other grill and chills were coke shops) and only had one diet option.
They also got order wrong (ice in drinks, and fries instead of onion rings substitution I asked for. (paid? Will have to check receipt.)

Spent over 45 minutes in the drive through line, with it taking approximately 10 full minutes per car. Typing this while sitting in the drive through line currently, which we entered at 9:23, and it’s currently 10:11 and we have been the second car from the pay window since 10:03 ridiculously long with no notice. No idea if we are even going to get the ice cream at this point

Update: got to the window and were told that it was cash only because their card was down. We fortunately had cash but said “it would have been nice to know before getting to this window” a female employee behind him starting to yell “what did they say, I don’t care” and went off on a whole inappropriate rant. Insane experience for a blizzard

The food is, as always, Dairy Queen good. The staff is lacking. Case in point, we asked for our Blizzards to go. They were originally delivered without lids and with the spoon already inserted. In their defense, the issue was corrected immediately.

Update: On my most recent visit, the staff was much more proficient and, when a small issue came up, they corrected it immediately. A definite improvement! Thank you.

The short male manager on duty at this location on 19:11 pm on Oct. 11. Verbally confront someone who was not working with the fact that someone else they knew that was working there called off. It was very rude and unprofessional and made the person he confronted very uncomfortable. It was very off putting as a customer to see him acting that way and if he is willing to do that in view of customers it makes me concerned at what he would do out of sight.

There was this really short blonde kid who was really mean at the register and refused to take our order at first and said we would have to pay double. He placed our drinks on a seperate table from ours and told us to go get it. Then when he served our food, he said "here is your disgusting food!" Little did he know, it was very yummy.

I haven't been here in years! The staff is friendly! It's easy to order. Great service. Just had a sundae with friends. Relaxed atmosphere. Definitely kid friendly! Also wheelchair accessible. Lots of parking spaces.

Parking: It's a mini mall. Free parking. Don't know how many parking spaces it has.

Always busy here but they have a good system at getting people in and out. Good staff and good management because it's alot of kids working but operation suns smooth. And they should be recognized for such because that's hard

Terrible service from that girl Mackenzie. She doesn’t even know how to give change properly and I’m pretty sure she spit in my blizzard.
