I had to wait a long time for my order to be taken, and for my food to come out. Where I was sitting I happened to be able to see into the kitchen, and I could see food just sitting there waiting to be brought out. Obviously, the food wasn't warm anymore when I got it. I don't even care if all of my food comes out at the same time, just send it when it's ready.

Was in there 08/19/25 evening...no management was there..only 15 an 16yr old kids running the place and complained that the manager and a few other employees walked off the job. Maybe it's much better with the daytime shift but definitely stay away during night shift! Club sandwich was basically a slice of turkey, a gigantic piece of lettuce, bacon, between some bread and the mashed potatoes were sour and not even mashed...looks like someone smashed up a baked potato and rolled it into a ball with their hands! Huge waste of money and very disappointing.

Waited 2 hours after being seated for any food to arrive. Cook and waitresses kept arguing and nothing came hot or close to same time. I ordered sunnyside up eggs and got toast after meal was over. One of my daughters got her food AFTER check was given. It was the worst experience I ever had before, asked for a manager but after half hour of waiting we pd and left.

I just want to take a moment to recognize Lindsay, who works the night shift at the Denny’s in Monroeville. She is one of the hardest-working people I’ve seen. As a DoorDasher, I’m in and out of restaurants all the time, and every time I stop in here, she’s on the go prepping food, taking care of customers, grabbing orders, doing it all.

Lindsay is always kind, upbeat, and friendly. You can tell she truly enjoys her job, and the customers clearly enjoy her, too. She’s not just a great waitress she’s a hostess, support staff, and everything in between. A lot of times she’s running the whole floor by herself, and she handles it with a great attitude and a smile.

She definitely deserves recognition for the amazing job she does. Denny’s is lucky to have her!

Horrible! If you can not get the customers order ready on time , don’t take orders turtles!! Unbelievable, rude, unprofessional, unclean. Would not recommend it to my dogs!

Order consistency from due to convenience. Unfortunately the service during the late/earlier morning hours is atrocious here. I don’t even understand how this place stays 24 hours as bad as the service is here. Go to Sheetz down the road and have food in 5 minutes if it’s a late night.,
