How embarrassing!! The staff should be ashamed, the server took forever to bring out a water & smoothie.. we are sitting at the table and can hear the kitchen staff and the servers GOING AT IT!

Waited over an hour for an omelet that somehow managed to be both cold and unforgettable… for all the wrong reasons.

My kid is always hungry and eats everything this time he couldn’t even get through it.

Hello district manager… you need to get in this place asap. Very hostile atmosphere here. Waitress’ openly arguing with cooks and each other very loudly. Lots of customers walked out. We will not be back. It makes it easy to see why locations are closing.

My wife and I walked in to dine in on 12/25/25. There was a little line ahead of us waiting to be seated. One of the staff members took our name down. There were a lot of empty tables in the restaurant but they didn’t allow us to sit. We took it upon ourselves to wait at the bar. We weren’t offered drinks or to look at the menu. We were told by another guest that the kitchen was backed up due to online orders and that there was a 10 minute wait. It must have been 45 mins before we just walked out. It seems like they catered more to online orders more than they did dine in guests. This isn’t how you treat guests not everyone has the ability to cook for Christmas. I’m very dissatisfied with the way were treated.

the server julia screamed on the top of her lungs at the rest of the staff when it was none of their faults.
3 tables left because it took over 45 minutes to even come ask for a drink/appetizer.
there’s no reason to scream we’re adults

It was the worse experience I have had in a long time. I sat and waited for my coffee and finally asked for it., the waitress forgot. Then my daughter and I got burgers and they were ice cold and undercooked, My was very pink and my daughter's had a whole avocado on it, not a slice. That was prepared very lazily. Then the manager, said he was called in to fix things and took them off the bill. Well, nothing was eating so he wasn't doing a favor. The guys ate, 1 was semi satisfied but he asked to have bacon cooked well done and it wasn't and the other was barely warm. I think 2 waitress for the whole restaurant was ridiculous because no one could serve that many people adequately. The waitress got us drinks to go, whoppie. Meanwhile, 50% served is a failure. I left hungry and so did my daughter. Don't go there: 2 sandwiches cost $41 and 2 women left in a bad mood. Then the manager tells you that they have problems we'll so do I because I have to find something to eat while the guys don't.
