Went in to order. Stood for 15 min before someone came to the counter and I still wasn't acknowledged. Drive a little extra to go to the Ardmore Blvd location.

Dominos in Monroeville on N. PIKE if i could give a negative 10 review I would. This place was beyond terrible. My food took super long and it was cold and burnt. I called them back to return the food. He hung up on me. Then when I called back he put the phone down. I called back again and said I want to speak to the manager. He said he was the manager then I told him I don't like to be hung up on. (Which everything is on a recorded line) I told him my food was ice cold, and burnt we ordered three different cheese on the buffalo pizza and it hardly has any cheese on it . Then he said that's not true. I told him I took pics of it yes it is. I said i spent my money with you guys when theres multiple other pizza places i could of ordered from. Then he said he can refund half my order or he can remake my xl Buffalo chicken pizza. I said why only half when the whole order is messed up? He asked for the order # and the address. He asked me what do I wanna do? I said politely: we waited a long time, we are hungry and we would like our food made correctly. I can give you all this food back in return for hot non- burnt food. Or a refund. Then he said he can't do a refund. He said he can make my pizza himself the right way and be here in 20 mins. I agreed I said OK. Sent my daughter down there to meet the delivery while we were talking. 45 mins later we called to see what's going on. He said he already dropped it off with the the receptionist. mind you he made it all up my daughter been down waiting. The receptionist he described doesn't exist. He had me going for a while then he said he'll send a pic of the delivery and never did. Bottom line they play around too much with your food they don't take their job seriously..they lie mess up your food on purpose hang up on you, pick up the phone and put it down to keep it off the hook. Don't do returns or or refunds. ITS A WAIST OF TIME AND MONEY

The pizza was ok but the sauce sucks! The oven baked philly cheesesteak sandwich was disgusting and a pure disgrace to even be called anything to do with a philly cheesesteak because it was no where near that. I wouldn't even give this to my dog to eat. I get it's only $6.99 but how up serving some real quality ingredients and food for your customers. This is why I'm not a fan of pizza chains very underwhelming. I'll stick to ordering from my local family owned pizza shops!!

Consistently don’t get the toppings I ordered or the pizza is over cooked. Called the store 4 times and was hung up on 4 times. Your quality control is atrocious and since I did not receive what I ordered and paid for, you have stolen from me. You have lost my business.

Been in this area for about a few years. In the past I always went with Dominos for chain pizza. But this location’s food quality I have never seen something so consistently disappointing in all my life. Whether it’s forgotten items, damaged pizza, or undercooked items. Idk why I always went back after awhile hoping it had changed, but this is the fifth time that I’ve had issues with the quality of the food. I hope they are able to change in the future, but I’m done giving them a chance

Every time I order here anymore they make our order just about perfect and do not forget all the sauces I order, whether it’s through delivery or carry out. I notice at least the last 2 times I can remember it says RJ is preparing my order (idk if this is just a computer automated thing or truly RJ making it), and if it is really RJ making it these last few times he is doing a phenomenal job there!!! I don’t understand some of these reviews. You guys keep up the good work here!
