Went here for breakfast this morning, and we totally appreciate how clean and organized this place was. This specific location doesn't have a tap or a touchscreen self-service order thingy.
However, I really got disappointed when the cashier failed to ask me if I have a Dunkin' Donuts app so I can earn points. It was too late, and I didn't know you were supposed to input your ID or scan it, but she actually never asked about it. When we also ordered a Vanilla Sprinkles donut, she said it wasn't available but the other friendly staff who I assume the manager or a higher up told us that they actually have it in the back. I feel like their cashier isn't really doing a great job. Sigh.
Anyway, food and drink wise, they were all so good. We got a half dozen assorted donuts, French Vanilla latte, and a Cocoa Mocha Iced Latte, and we enjoyed every bit of it.

I only ever get take out. My order has never been wrong. But 9/10 the employees don't put it on the pick up shelf and I stand there for 2-4 minutes before anyone asks me what I'm there for. Drive thru is prioritized a little too much imo

This is the SLOWEST Dunkin ever….. Drive thru in line and ordered …. Sat for 15 minutes !! Total poor management of staff. Never will go back to this location.

I go to this Dunkin' very consistently, but unfortunately they are much less consistent than me. Some days you get the Super Crew and they take care of you very well, and some days you get today's crew, who couldn't get a mobile offer to scan (confirmed activated) and claimed they couldn't override it. Tried to charge me full or make me place a mobile order, even though it says it applies in store. Sheer incompetence. Two managers, and neither could figure out or override a 3 dollar discount. Disgraceful.

Don't ever get assorted donuts from here. Literally gave us 24 assorted of all the reject donuts that no one likes and they toss at the end of the day. We got them at 730am, not like the end of day either.

The workers are so rude, especially the old lady her name, Violette, just wanted to ask her about the drink she seems very nervous and mad at me. This place needs to close down.

This place really went downhill. Long wait times, some of the employees are really rude, and apparently they don’t get their federally mandated breaks. I saw one of the workers screaming at a customer. I’ll be going to a different Dunkin from now on. Sad because I really liked coming here but it just sucks now.

The drive thru line was way too long. I waited in line for 30 minutes. I can’t imagine what was causing the hold up. When I finally got to the ordering station I was asked to hold before they could take my order. Go somewhere else the wait isn’t worth it

I go here frequently and my order is always correct and they are fast. My only complaint is the drive thru worker has dirty finger nails- if you are working with food you should have clean hands. Another time a girl touched her mouth and then put my napkins in my bag😭
