We were in a few weeks ago for some coffee and donuts and had a great experience. Chris was our cashier and he was very upbeat, kind and quick with our order. Wanted to give him a special shout out since you don’t find too many people anymore that seem to enjoy their job or interacting with customers.

Worst Dunkin’ Donuts in the city!!! The entire staff is miserable! Donuts are cold in the am!! Food was cold!!! And they gave me a half cup of coffee and one drink with NO ICE AT ALL!! When I complained the manager didn’t offer a new coffee or food she just said “ I’lol wrote it in my book and talk to the staff” HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Don’t waste your money!!!

Everytime I place an order online it is never right. Order 1 doz donuts, pay for 1 doz, get 1/2 doz. Order bagel sandwich, get an everything bagel. Do not have alot of the basic donuts, during peak hours. They need to start double checking orders and making more of the popular varieties.

Ordered a bacon, egg and cheese. The bagel was so hard that I couldn't bite it or chew it. The egg was cold. And I'm still looking for the bacon. Never again! I'd like my $5 back.

Donovan was very very respectful and his customer service was amazing! The wrong order was handed out by mistake but he gave me an extra discount on top of my first responder discount and offered a free donut for the wait. I will be back!

I live very close to this location and yet i avoid going here because the donuts never taste fresh and there's a mysterious RAD tax they apply for a reason i cannot decipher. This morning (sunday) a little before 10am, I got 6 donuts. They were fine. The icing was wet and not dry and crunchy like I prefer and the donut itself tasted day-old. I do not blame any of the hourly staff for this, I'm sure it's a franchise decision. Speaking of, the staff were pleasant, quick, and professional and I think they deserve praise. My beef is with the franchise owner or corporation. All in all, there are better Dunkin experiences to be had at other locations, if you must visit a Dunkin.

I had actually gone to Dunkin because I was having a rough day and was greeted with a warm smile from I believe the worker’s name is “Jesses” and she was so nice and polite.
