This Dunkin donuts is horrible. They never have anything that's on the menu. They tell you they ran out of everything or they can't make something because their equipment is broken. Something is always wrong here. Today I ordered the bacon that used to be crispy and sweet with brown sugar. They sold me raw bacon and it didn't have any sugar on it at all. I'm done with this. Dunkin donuts doesn't have any respect for their customers and I'm not going to try to force them to care. I just won't patronize them ever again.

My husband and I came in today around 3 o’clock. We’ve been in this location before. Looking to take a break and have coffee and a donut. Guess what? Hardly any donuts. They were pretty much all gone. Asked the young lady who was there what time they were closing (she screamed to her coworker because she didn’t happen to know this information). She told us 8 pm which means there would be 5 hours where there would be really nothing to sell in this location.The place was dirty. Whoever owns this store should be embarrassed. It was a dump.

You could tell that they were short staffed and overwhelmed. Nice crew just too busy. There were absolutely no donuts except for 3 options.Manager gave me money back on food and drink but this is 3rd bad experience here at this
I went in to get a peppermint mocha latte. was told they were out. asked about several other drinks and they were out. also no munchkins and no donuts. the person waiting on me which I assume was a manage acted as if I was bothering her asking questions: very rude. poor customer service and for god's sake this is a donut store how do you not have donuts!!!!!

I went and got a hot chocolate with whipped cream like I always do. At first I took a sip of my hot chocolate and it was watered down but I didn’t have time to go back because I had to go to work. So I then decided to dump the whipped cream in my cup and that’s when I noticed that there was sugar or something at the bottom mixed in with the whipped cream. I called them and told them about it and they pretty much blamed me and said I put the sugar in it when I did not I don’t order any sugar packets or anything. And also as you can see in the picture that the sugar was mixed in and near the bottom of the cup and some of it was already melted in. This was the 4th time that they messed up my order and I will not be going in.

Went to the drive thru and ordered a hot pumpkin spice late coffee with almond milk and no whipped cream and they made me a cold coffee with milk and whipped cream. Went into get a new coffee and yet again made a cold coffee. NEVER again!
