Had the most disappointing experience yesterday at this location! Eat N Park is often our go to for lunch when out running errands, usually Monroeville or Waterfront locations. We love their soups and salad bar. Soups are always yummy, salad bar items fresh and a good variety. Not this time. First, had to flag down a server after waiting over 10 mins with no acknowledgement (they were not busy at all, looked to be adequately staffed). Potato soup was tasty but barely warm. Mixed green lettuce on salad bar was just disgusting! The container was full, so it must have recently been put out. The other lettuce wasn’t much better. There were clearly rotten tomatoes and cucumbers mixed in with semi fresh. I was excited that the fruit looked really good and fresh. Unfortunately, the cantaloupe had no flavor and then I bit into a soured piece of melon. Couldn’t wait to get out of there but had to wait again for our check and then again to pay. I was going to tell a manager, or any staff, on our way out, but there was no one around at the time. There were 3 staff out front smoking though. Not sure if we’ll be back to this location.

Me and a friend were trying this place out, it looked good, menu had a lot of good choices, but we sat down and waited for 10 minutes to be noticed after being seated, 30 extra minutes for our appetizer (friend said they were burnt i thought they were fine, just a little bland) and then 10 more minutes for our food. I thought the milkshakes were good and it is nice they have the extra in a cup for you, I really liked that, but my burger was small, and my friend ordered pierogi and Kielbasa. He got a Oscar Myer hotdog that was cut up, a fraction of a bell pepper, some soggy pierogies, and sour cream. The long waits, the 20$ prices we paid, and the quality of the food disappointed. The server we had was nice though, good place for a milkshake. Would not recommend much else or if you are in a rush.

This Eat 'n Park location has a good team of people who are friendly, helpful, and kind. The salads bar is always fresh and full of lots of refreshing and delicious options. During the holidays, you can find pistachio fluff, which is tasty with sunflower seeds.

Bit of a long wait due to being understaffed (gotta pay your employees more if you wanna change that guys- $12/h ain't cutting it in this economy!) but the food is still pretty alright. Potato soup with bacon bits and cheese on a freezing December night hits a spot like no other.

Very Clean,Great Staff, but there is one thing at Eat'n Park that needs retraining. How to make a simple SuperBurger. So far I've been to (5) Eat'n Park Restaurants in the Pittsburgh Area. Every SuperBurger was over cooked or too much secret sauce. I'm a big fan of Eat'n Park. But work on the quality control Please 🙏

i never enjoy take out from sit down restaurants. but we consistently order from eat n’ park and it’s so good every time. soups, pot roast sandwich, kids meals, and apps. we’ve let to be let down and we order all different days at all random times.

Good service and buffet was kept up. The lettuce needed to be a bit fresher. Overall good
