Eat'n Park has never disappointed me. The freshness of the salad bar, with two Soups and a Chilli is something I never miss every time I am there. Prices are very reasonable. There's no Eat'n Park where I live. Everytime I visit a town/city which has an Eat'n Park that will be my place of choice for my dine in food.

Slow service, miserable and lazy staff, awful food. In other words, your typical Pittsburgh restaurant.

I ordered eggs Benedict asking for very over easy on the eggs. My dad go the breakfast smile. The food came and of course the over cooked my eggs Benedict on made the yolk solid. Yuck!. The offered to remake it but my dad would be done eating. So just ask them to take it off the bill which they did. But the bill was still over $16, the smile, coffee and the only thing I ate hot cocoa. What a horrible visit with my elderly father.

We've ordered delivery a total of twice from this location. One had a pie stolen, and the other had the wrong sandwich.
The first time, they forgot our pie. A whole apple pie, just didn't show up. I called the location and they claimed it was sent, but never showed up. I assumed the delivery driver stole it and moved on with my day.
The second time (today), I ordered an Italiano Grilled Cheese, which is:
Bread, grilled capicola, salami, pepperoni, Italian herbs, and provolone cheese.
I received a plain grilled cheese, which is:
Bread, American cheese.
For those following along, they got one (1) ingredient right - the bread.
I'm not sure what's happening in the kitchen, but this place just isn't it. Avoid at all costs.

We stopped at this Eat’n Park on our way home from a road trip. We waited over 20 minutes for a server to come take our order. The section we were in was mostly empty, and the restaurant didn’t appear to be too busy even around dinner time. We ordered the vegetarian broccoli Alfredo, and spaghetti for our toddler. The broccoli was barely steamed, to the point where some of the pieces were still completely raw, and there was barely any sauce on the noodles. We tried to stir the sauce into the noodles and there wasn’t even enough there to coat all of the noodles (first photo). Our toddler’s child portion of pasta had more noodles than ours did, which we thought was strange. This was the first time we’ve EVER asked to have food remade, and had to take it to-go as we were already there for over an hour by this point. We opened the to-go containers at home to find they had made the food the exact same way, even after nicely asking for more sauce and to have the broccoli steamed a little more (second picture). Very disappointed and won’t be returning.
