Juicy burger made just the way you want it. Almost. I didn't order onions, but my burger tasted like it. Perhaps the lettuce and onion are next to each other where they build the burger?

This is the first Five Guys I've been to ever. LOVED the atmosphere. Not crowded. Wonderful staff. Got the bacon cheeseburger. Two burgers. Fries were excellent. Keep up the excellent work. I walked from the Holiday Inn Express across the street.

Expensive burgers, fries are ala carte and expensive, don't get a lot of food for the price. We bought a large fry, the cashier said it would feed 3 people. What we got was a medium sized beverage cup full of fries, that's it.

One star because we walked in at 9. They close at 10. One hour until close. People still being served. We asked for a milkshake. They said it’s closed for the night. 3 minutes into waiting for the order some female walks on with an online order. She had milshakes. They made her milkshakes and proceeded to tell us they can’t shut off online orders so they have to make them. The machine wasn’t cleaned for the night and it wasn’t super busy to the point they couldn’t make an extra milkshake an hour before they close for one order. Customer service all time low

Must had a whole new crew with no training in greeting customers as I waited over ten minutes to pick up an online order. Do better people.

I was picking up a DoorDash order, and I told them the name I was picking up for, then stood off to the side, waiting, as I always do, with my arms around me because I was cold. 15 minutes past the order was due to be picked up, the workers behind the counter started talking crap on me in front of me saying they “hated people like that” and “crossing my arms won’t make the food cook faster.” I don’t care how good the food is. It’s five guys, of course the food is going to be good! The workers are what matter the most, and these workers made me feel like garbage for standing to the side, doing nothing.

I eat at five guys all over the us. I get two patties and fries. But this one won't ring up patties but wants to charge me for the whole burger. Still great fries. 😁
