I received a coupon in the mail. Had to create an online account. I couldn't find a place to enter the coupon code. Thinking it would be on the next page. I pressed enter and was charged full price.
I called the store and they weren't aware of the coupon and said to bring it in. I brought it with me they looked at it and said they couldn't do anything. I asked for the manager and was told she wasn't there. Asked for a phone number. They gave it to me. I called left a message. Never got a call back. I feel ripped off. They lost a customer.

BTW the pizza was cold.

Definitely the best chain pizza shop in Monroeville. My favorite place to get lunch and it's always on time for my pickup

Food was good, ordered on Sunday night and our delivery driver was rude upon arrival and asked me if i tried ordering from a different location as this one was closest to me but i’m considered plum, even though Plum is farther away from me. I let her know that when I input my address the location took me to the nearest store. She mentioned she didn’t mind bringing, which was unnecessary to add after correcting me. She was not nice about it. Very distasteful attitude.

Ordered pizza a day ahead for a family event, and it was ready at the right pickup time. The staff was really friendly.
The pizza was excellent and went so fast I had to order more!

The hoagies we ordered were decent, the cheese balls were still cold and just not good. The experience was very odd, I arrived a few minutes before my order was ready and essentially was kicked out and told to wait in my vehicle. Last time I order from here.

Do not waste your money or time on this horrible place, ordered chicken and fries and everything was undercooked. Chicken pink and fries half frozen half done. Get this place shut

Ordered pizza and a fried chicken salad, told they will bring it out to car, ok. Get there waited 10 min, checked my time, maybe I'm early ok. Waited 5 more min. Then got out of car and went in. My food was sitting there waiting for me. Why say your bringing it out If your not. Plus I get home and my fries are on the salad and I asked for them to be separate. To top it off smallest salad ever. Only chicken nuggets. Tomato and lettuce with cheese. No cucumber or green peppers. Last time ordering here.ONLY GET PIZZA, WARNING!!!

The man that closes was very rude, and quick to anger. He hung up on me and was extremely sassy. Pizza was really good tho so you get one star back.

Maybe the worst pizza I've ever had. Barely any sauce, very limited pepperonis. You can get better pizza at a gas station. Oh yeah, delivery was 20 minutes longer than they said. Don't waste your money on this place.

Pizza arrived cold and dry - extra large pizza with one tablespoon of sauce and worst driest crust you'll ever taste - Any pizza available anywhere in PA will be better than this awful pizza and awful manager. Do Not Order here, if you like pizza, you will be really disappointed!

I placed an order for a 16 cut square pizza. When it came it was burnt. Not edible burnt. I called and told them. They said that they would put my name in the book and I could get another one that night or a different day. When I went to place a second order on a different day, they said that it was only $3 off my next order. And not the pizza. I had to throw away a $20 pizza for $3 off. That's ridiculous. Foxes used to be so good. But, I won't order from this one anymore.
