The people who work here at this bakery do an excellent job and make these bake goods of high quality. I am sure that everything tastes as good as it looks.
*Terrible* Do not order a cake from here! Placed an order for a picture cake last week and when my husband went to pick it up - the order was cancelled without notice. ??we received no email or call - nothing. Employee non-apologetic and did nothing to make it right. First time ordering from here in a long time and definitely the last. There is no excuse for a no notice cancellation without consideration. Don’t waste your time.Go to Sam’s Club Bakery, Oakmont Bakery or Moio’s Italian bakery instead. Never had an issue any time ordering from any of those places.Moio’s in Monroeville made it right today. Giant Eagle Bakery - Shame on you.

They made my son's Paw patrol cake it was adorable! And affordable!
I am VERY appreciative of the curbside pickup service. Have been using it during the pandemic, and the shoppers have been very polite and helpful. I know you are all super busy, but I am including a photo of a bag of oranges I received in my order a couple of weeks ago, and now the packages of strawberries in today’s order. Maybe take just a moment and not put things like this into people’s orders. Thanks!

I used to shop there but since this store is not following the governors orders by removing people for not wearing a mask I won’t be back. The order said any one with a medical condition doesn’t have to wear one and they do NOT have to show proof. Giant Eagle, you just lost my business. I’ll starve before I’ll shop there again.
