We received our online pick-up order 20 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. They made at least 6 walk-in orders while we waited even though ours was already late. The restaurant is dirty and employees were wearing earbuds while preparing food. Two staff members quit working on the food they were preparing and then they left. I can only guess they were at the end of their shift.
Half of the order is soggy and old so I assume they began our order and then stopped. The fries were cold and soggy in a nasty greasy paper bag. Dressing that was supposed to be on the side was put on the food. Aside from those things the food quality was decent.
Overall, expensive and disappointing. Eat'n'park should be embarrassed to be associated with this company.

This restaurant is designed that you have no interaction with the employees.. you order on a kiosk and get a pager. When your order is done you pick it up at a set location.... This is NOT enjoyable to older people.. I sat and watched several people trying to order they're confused and lost and No employees are helping..

I ordered the autumn apple chicken and pear pasta bowl to go online. I came in and had to wait for the order to be made. It wasnt busy. While you do get a lot of pasta the amount of apple and pear was almost none. I think i had two walnuts in the salad and i didnt see or taste and feta cheese. I was definitely expecting more apple and pear. It was alright i was craving a pasta salad but if i was rating it for having the autumn pear and apple i was hugely dissapointed.

I went there for my lunch break, no visible business took about 30-40 mins to get my burger and fries had to ask to get my meal to go instead. Employee at the counter seemed very annoyed at the request

Ordered a Turkey burger on a gluten free bun and the bun was cold and so dry! Worst gf bun I’ve ever had. Paid an extra $2 for it and couldn’t even eat it. Fries were all stuck together. All around awful lunch. Wouldn’t eat here again.

I order online at least 5 days a week here, mostly after I get off work at 2:30 pm. I work 2 minutes away but most of the time my salad is ready within 10 minutes or it's being made when I get there. Several times I arrived and see my salad sitting on the expedite counter and have waited five minutes or more before anyone acknowledged my presence and I had to ask for them to hand it to me. Yesterday I worked later and ordered before work, pickup time 11:23. I arrived at 11:18 and was told I was early and it wasn't ready. Ok. The only woman making salads finished making one and then started filling dressing cups instead of making the online orders! There was a nurse who ordered her salad at 8:30 am with a pickup time of 11:21 and now it's 11:22 and nobody is making anything! I told the guy I start work in 8 minutes and he said again, " you're early"! The cook in the back was standing there shaking his head in disbelief! I was late for work!

I ordered a “Berry Bliss” grain bowl with chicken on it. Upon receiving the bowl I took a bite and there were bacon bits all throughout the bowl. Due to religious beliefs I can’t eat bacon and what do you know I ate it by mistake. I took it to the counter and they almost looked like it was a joking matter and just remade it to be right. I am not a huge religious freak about it but at least try to follow the tradition. Pretty pathetic on their part on letting this happen. Didn’t even receive a refund but just it to be remade.

On August 31, 2024, after completing an intense workout, my guest and I decided to refuel at Hello Bistro, located at 4100 William Penn Hwy, Monroeville, PA 15146. What we anticipated to be a quick and efficient visit turned into a drawn-out ordeal.
Ordering Experience: The restaurant has shifted to a kiosk-only ordering system, which proved to be more of a hindrance than a convenience. With only two kiosks available, navigating the menu was time-consuming, taking us a frustrating 15 minutes to place our order. The system is not user-friendly and lacks the simplicity of the previous walk-up ordering process. Additionally, many items visible in the display behind the counter were either missing from the kiosk menu or were difficult to locate due to poor interface design.
Wait Time & Service: Despite there being only about 12 other customers in the restaurant, our order (a chicken wrap with salmon, crumb blue cheese, dressing, and a mixed salad with salmon and chicken) took an excessive 30 minutes to prepare. The delay was baffling given the relatively low customer count at the time.
Cleanliness & Hygiene: While we waited, we were forced to sit at a dirty table that had clearly not been cleaned in a while. To make matters worse, the restaurant had a noticeable issue with spotted lanternflies—some dead, others flying around, particularly near the windows and main floor. My guest also reported that the women’s restroom was out of soap, raising concerns about hygiene, especially considering the "All employees must wash their hands..." sign in the restroom.
The Food: When our meal finally arrived, the food was a pleasant surprise amidst the otherwise disappointing experience. The wrap and salad were both flavorful and delicious. However, the wrap had structural issues, with the contents falling apart as soon as it was picked up, requiring me to request a bowl and eat it as a salad.
Overall: While the food at Hello Bistro remains tasty, the overall experience was marred by poor service, unclean conditions, and a cumbersome ordering process. I would cautiously recommend this location, but improvements are desperately needed in cleanliness and customer service, particularly reconsidering the effectiveness of the kiosk ordering system. Returning to in-person ordering could streamline the process and reduce wait times.
Parking: The restaurant located in a strip mall sharing plenty of free parking for guest at the restaurant or any of the many stores in the area.
