The food is decent if the order is correct. I always order to go, and there is almost always something missing or something I didn't order in my salad. Salad dressings are often missing along with my order of fries. I highly recommend checking your bag before leaving. I do not recommend getting any of their wraps. For the price, they just aren't worth it or filling. Such a waste of money. Their selection of drinks is lacking.

First Impressions: Friendly atmosphere, just like any other fast-food place. Bourbon burger was decent although salty. The fries, hmmm, dumped into a brown paper bag? I've never been treated like a drunk or a homeless person previously. Please spend a few cents for your guests and put them in a container/holder like McDonald's does. A grease soaked bag makes one feel reeeallly cheap and dirty eating out of it. Remember, you've got to give the the illusion that you care about your guests' experience and that's worth a few cents. I love supporting local businesses, and the employees were friendly, but you'd really have to twist my arm to return. I'm sorry.

We were informed croutons cant go on the side so by the time it made it the 15 minutes home they were soggy guess it was against there policy according to the manager. The manager was also rude about the situation.
Terrible. Used to go here to get a salad all the time. Been going down hill. Pay 15$ for a mediocre salad. Lots of employees working took 20 min to get my salad with no other orders or people in store. Managed to not get salad correct even though it's on a reciept in front of them. Very disappointed. Will go to chik fil a next time.

Got half a salad, they won't refund it. They offered $5 which doesn't cover half a salad, nor account for having to go get lunch at a Second restaurant because of their mistakes. I've ordered many times without issue, they said My salad doesn't "look" full because I got dressing on it but I always get dressing so... And it's not that it doesn't "look" full... It ISN'T full. all I wanted was a refund so I could get another salad.

Not sure how it's a build you own salad when you don't build it yourself. It says that you can make it as big as you want with as many toppings as you want but that isn't true either. They literally put the smallest amount of everything but lettuce in the bowl MASSIVE bowl of lettuce. Then make you practically beg for more toppings and give you a dirty look when asking for more. I even asked to have some of the lettuce taken out and they said no. So it's not really how you want it. They fill the bowl with lettuce and then allow you to add toppings but there really isn't enough room for anything else tbh

All of the servers had long braids and no hair net. Their hair was hanging all over the bowls they put the salads in. Their hair could have been tied back. This isn't good for the public, then if someone's hair is in the food everyone has an attitude and doesn't want to refund money back. It's the company's fault for not enforcing their food policy. Not coming to Monroeville locations again. Oakland so far is cleaner and North Hills. The girls were polite for customer service. Everyone in line talked about hair in food.
