Jadens is absolutely amazing! The response time is great, the delivery is on time and on point, and most importantly the food is unbelievable! This is the only place I will ever get Catering from. We’ve used them for two events and looking forward to using them for many more!

Theresa answered our communication within 24hrs, instructions were clear and the price was very affordable. The quality of the food was exceptional, it was absolutely delicious and delivered hot.... the vegetables were fresh and crunchy.They provided extra supplies and utensils, we were in need of nothing.....I would definitely recommend them over and over.

Stahl Plumbing hired Jaden's to cater a staff meeting. We went with the filet and eggs and it was absolutely fabulous. The delivery was on times, the food was hot, the steak was cooked perfectly. The muffins! I also loved the condiments that they provided. We will definitely be using them in the future.

We had them cater breakfast and lunch for our annual safety meeting. Everything tasted great, the hot food was hot the cold was cold. I really gotta mention, we have never had their bakery goods before and they were FANTASTIC! The cinnamon rolls we had for breakfast were warm and soft. The cookie tray we had for lunch was bomb. I’m definitely going to stop by the bakery this holiday season!

The food from this catering company was decent but nothing memorable. However, the real issue was with their service. The staff failed to replace empty food pans, leaving guests without certain items. They didn’t enter the venue to clean up plates, which was a service offered in the service fee. To make matters worse, they lied and blamed my coordinator for their own laziness saying she told them not to worry about plates, when this was NEVER said. They also threw away all my leftover soup and salad we paid for without asking, claiming it “wouldn’t be good,” but the truth was they didn’t bring takeout containers, as the manager later admitted. On top of that, they left my food out without packaging it up or alerting someone so it sat out for awhile. We paid an 18% service fee and only received a measly $150 back for what was incredibly poor service. I might recommend them for a small work party where you don’t need servers and don’t expect high quality food, but I wouldn’t trust them for a large event like a wedding. And to top it all off, the manager Theresa shamelessly defended her lying staff. Unacceptable and very disappointing. Again, if you are interested in their services for your wedding, I would highly recommend looking elsewhere.
