Such a weird interaction. So I ordered two regular subs, a 20oz soda, chips, and a brownie, and I received from DoorDash just the two sandwiches in a small, sealed bag. So I message dd and they handle it, and then I call the store to let them know. I ask should there have been a second bag? And the guy is like no it most likely just got forgotten, but lemme get my manager (I’m fine with it, I just wanted them to know. DD already refunded me so I’m not really concerned) the manager asks what I ordered and proceeds to tell me, no. I remember packing that order myself. It must have been the dasher. Uhhhh. The bag was literally still sealed and wouldn’t have fit those items. It was just such a weird interaction because why say that??? It was obviously untrue and I’m already taken care of. No need to come up with a story. Just a strange interaction. Food was great though, just wish I had my sides and drink lol

I like getting jersey mikes bc they have gluten free bread. However, what's the point of having a place to put "special instructions for this sandwich" on their online ordering platform if they just ignore it anyway? You'd think subbing out one cheese for another or only wanting red peppers instead of red and green would be easy enough to accommodate. I didn't want to leave a bad review based on a possible oversight, but they also left the woody pieces on the banana peppers which then made the sandwich inedible for fear of finding more. What else are they overlooking? I will choose another location for my next hankering. Just disappointed.

Okay so here's the thing. I'm having a garbage day. Totalled my car. Partner convinced me to go to the ER after denying the ambulance ride. Waited 4 hours. Started being a grumpy lil dweeb cuz I financially shot myself in the foot by striking a utility pole. Ordered Jersey Mike's to have said partner pick it up. Put my name on my sub and "The Sweetie" on hers. Got these lil notes. My day is remarkably less crap now. Thanks y'all. ♥️

Yo ho ho! Jersey Mike's Subs in Monroeville, PA, is a treasure chest of flavor! I stumbled upon this place at 3975 William Penn Highway, and let me tell you, it's like finding the One Piece of subs! The moment I walked in, the aroma of freshly baked bread and high-quality meats hit me like a tidal wave. The crew was as friendly as my pirate crew, slicing meats and cheeses right in front of you and making each sub "Mike's Way" with lettuce, onions, tomatoes, and a perfect blend of oil and vinegar.

I devoured a giant sub, and it was absolutely DELISH! The meat was tender, the cheese melty, and the bread fresh and soft. It felt like a feast fit for a pirate king. The staff was super kind and accommodating, making sure everything was perfect. They even offer curbside pickup, which is great if you're in a hurry to get back to your ship.

Truly the best customer service you can get anywhere these days. I ordered a box of subs for a work event, and the man who took my order was very thorough and made sure they made it exactly how I wanted. They put all the toppings on the side and even provided mini bottles of oil and vinegar. Every time I go in, the workers are all so friendly. Truly makes my day and would recommend this location to anyone looking for a great sub.

You can not get a better sandwich! Hot or cold this place has the best subs hands down... The manager and staff were super nice and pleasant and it was very enjoyable experience. I highly recommend the number 9... Excellent choice.

Had a delicious club sandwich made by a very sweet and pretty young lady. She made a great sandwich and really appreciated her kind and courteous manners. Her coworker KAREN with the painted pink hair and bull nose ring was not exactly friendly but was perhaps hating because people are drawn to the kindness and great personality her coworker haves. Thank you for the delicious subsandwich. ?

The ONLY reason for 4/5 stars is pricing, just way too expensive for a chain so we only get it on the rare occasion we have extra money in this economy. The staff is soooo kind and accommodating. They don’t miss a beat and always listen to comments and concerns. The one employee who delivered my sandwich to my car even refused a tip for a curbside pick up order (I had my baby asleep in the car)which I thought spoke volumes and kindness. The subs are delicious and always get a giant to eat the other half for lunch next day!
