I walked in to just get a drink, I went to get in line behind a very nice lady who actually let me in front her to check out because she was waiting for her sandwich being made. The girl kept looking at me, ignoring me, and just kept making the sandwich thinking she was being smart. I had to get back to work with being in the medical field, we dont have a lot of time. I did drop in just grab a drink. That sandwich she was making , she thought was the lady who let me in front of her. To her surprise, it wasnt. I dont know who it belonged to, but there was only 3 of us standing there and the 3rd lady just came in. So she could've stopped and cashed me out. I was patient and let the other lady back ahead of me and she cashed her out but it was ridiculous. I had a drink. With the attitude that girl had, I will not be back.

Noah, he is one of the best workers at this store. Every time I go, I see him taking charge and greeting everyone who comes in. Very well mannered individual. Highly recommend.

Got a large tuna sub like always. Person put entirely too much mayo on it. Every bite I took was a complete mess. The tuna and toppings were literally sliding out every bite I took because of the excess mayo. They should have given me utensils to eat it off the paper it was wrapped in. Only ate half. May want to teach your staff how to make a sandwich. Felt like I wasted my money. Not sure if I will be visiting again.

3 times in a row online orders have been incorrect. Just seems to be a pattern at this location that I haven’t seen at other JM stores with the inconsistency. Ordered hot honey on my sub and they incorrectly put it on my girlfriend’s sub who doesn’t like spicy foods; that was an unpleasant surprise for her. I understand mistakes happen occasionally especially in fast food, but if it happens every time you go to a place something needs to change.

I’ve never had such bad experience at a jersey mikes like I’ve had at this location. On numerous times they have not only forgotten items, mixed up ordered. And had terrible service. I make it a point to not write bad reviews but this location is just too bad not to. Do not eat here unless you want to be highly disappointed.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this location. I came in to purchase a hoagie and was assisted by a gentleman who was very rude and dismissive throughout the interaction. He had me swipe my card three times. As shown in the attached screenshot, I was charged once, and then there was no remaining balance on the card—followed by two more transactions that took two cents each.

When I informed him that my card had been charged, he insisted I had no money on it and claimed the transaction didn’t go through because I didn’t receive a receipt. Even as I showed him proof on my phone that the card had been charged, he dismissed me and offered no help.

Afterward, I called the store and spoke to a manager who was much more professional. The manager assured me that they wanted to make it right and were happy to compensate me with my food.

However, when I called the store again today (5/25/25) to follow up, the same rude employee answered. He contradicted the manager, told me the store would not be honoring what was promised, and said I would need to print a receipt from my bank and bring it in—a step I’ve never had to take before.

To make matters worse, during the call, I heard the same employee in the background say, “Can you take the phone? I don’t know what she’s talking about and I don’t want to help her.” This level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable.

I am not someone who argues over food, but I was clearly charged three times, and I should not be treated this way when trying to resolve the issue. I would like to be compensated either with the food I attempted to purchase or a full cash refund. At this point, due to the repeated rudeness and the unresolved charge, I do not wish to return to this location again.

Everyone was so incredibly friendly here! Their gluten free bread is good and they're really careful about cross contamination. I saw them switch their gloves, get new/clean utensils, put down fresh paper on the cutting board. I'd highly recommend Jersey Mike's in general, this location is the best!
