My family stopped here recently for a quick fried chicken dinner. The staff was friendly, the food soggy (not crispy) but it met the kids needs. As we were leaving and I reached down to get something on the floor, I was shocked to find a level of filth along all the floorboards, a grimy layer of filth, as though a dirty mop and dirty water had just been pushed up to the floorboards for years. As we were leaving I noticed this along the entrance doorway as well. If I had seen this prior to ordering I would not have eaten there. As we all know, if the dining room is dirty you can imagine what the kitchen is like. I felt bad for all the people coming in to order, as it was pretty busy, that they were getting food at an establishment that would not meet any of their own standards. It was busy, so people want to eat this food. Please be responsible KFC and clean the place up.

Its was 87 degrees in this store. The poor workers haven't had a/c all day. I could only imagine how they feel in the back!! No fans in dining room.

I took my grandson there and the manager was so rude fighting with the employees and said that only orders that will be filled were filled and no one will get service. I honestly did not believe what happened. I’m all for people having a bad day but i will never go back there again.

I had a very disappointing experience at this KFC location. I placed a mobile order for pickup at 6:30 PM and arrived at 6:40. My order still wasn’t ready, and I had to wait until 7:05 — no one apologized or explained the delay. On top of that, I ordered chicken legs, but they gave me chicken breasts instead. The service was slow, unprofessional, and no one seemed to care. Definitely not coming back.
This KFC says they have biscuits with the meal. Like ever other KFC advertised. Oops the manager dropped the ball and they are out of biscuits. They had the delivery driver call me. Why because this manager is lacking in responsibility, knowledge, common sense, and so on.

Requested an 8 piece (no wings) even paid extra for the change. When I got home it was just a regular order. I tried to call, but no answer. This is a shame that you are not able to follow simple orders.
