I’m very up set, I went to the drive thru at 12:00 noon and received food that was old! The so called nuggets were not fresh neither was the fries! As if it wasn’t cooked the same day! The chicken sandwich was ok, super irritated I couldn’t even eat! If y’all open at 10:30 am and I arrive at 12:00 noon why isn’t my food fresh! This is very disturbing! I should have checked my food before I left!👎 I won’t be good to this KFC again! Sorry but not sorry!

Be careful what you order. Every time I order a meal that is supposed to have breast pieces, they ALWAYS give me dried up wings instead. The chicken is usually dried up and old and they are unwillingly to prepare fresh chicken until they have no chicken left to serve. Time and again, I tried this same location and got the same results. It is NOT the company,- it's the rotten staff working for them that have attitudes. So I got to other KFCs where they welcome the customer and the food is always tasty, giving you the correct pieces of chicken for what you paid for.

Ok again, we spent $30 on the menu and again didn't get what we ordered. Got the $30 bucket an didn't receive parts of the order. It's a shame, they hire managers that can't manage the coworkers under them. So I say to others check your order before you leave. This one's on me, never going back.

Went there around 8:30 cause it’s posted that they’re open till 10:30. Doors were unlocked so we walked in and they told us “we’re closed “. Not even, sorry but we’re closed. Like I should’ve known. My wife said, “it says that you’re open for another 2 hours? He replied nah we’re closed. And walked away. Wonder if the mgmt. knows this. Would of gotten biscuits if that’s all they had. Sad
On 11-1-2024 at 7:15pm a young black guy in the window taking money and passing out food. He’s very ignorant and his energy feel like he doesn’t want to be there. No customer service and yall should put his nutass cooking chicken or cleaning.

I ordered from the ap when I got there to pick up my food all of the sides were wrong I took the time to place the sides but the ap just gave me fries instead wasn't the stores fault and the only reason I ordered in the first place was it said I could get a free 10 piece saucy nuggets ? I ordered them but it wasn't on my order when I got there the manager was great and covered it I can't say enough good things a5the manager but the company terrible seriously the price for not even a whole chicken is ridiculous!!

6pm and out of extra crispy.. hey no problem, original it is… got $20 family meal, chicken sandwich and individual fries and Mac and cheese. Forgot my Mac and chz. No prob, went back to get it. Chicken was soggy greasy mess. Disgusting. Sandwich was ordered plain. Too tricky for them to handle I guess, came with everything and soaked in pickle juice (uh can u drain them, or better yet don’t put pickles on a plain sandwich) Fries were actually good, rest of sides were as expected, chicken was total garbage. As usual I can only blame myself for taking the risk. KFC in bethel park is actually much worse so you’d think I’d learn my lesson about kfc in general..
