Great food and a nice bar

I stayed at the Best Western in Monroeville last weekend and was pleasantly surprised for a variety of reasons. The restaurant, Madison's, was really good. We had mozzarella sticks for our appetizer and shared stuffed peppers and pierogi's for our main entree. There was a TON of food and it was really great. We stayed for a few drinks at the bar and talked to the bartender for a while. When we got up the next morning and came down to breakfast we were really surprised. First, the breakfast was an actual hot breakfast with eggs, waffles, fresh fruit and basically anything else you can think of - and it was really good! Second, the bartender that we talked to for a while the night before was already back at work putting out the breakfast spread, etc. She remembered us and we continued our conversation. We will most definitely stay here again in the future. It's kind of a hidden spot but a really great find for us!

Had their stuff crust pizza and it turned out delicious. Also the bartender is one of the best around. Best hotel around!

Service was prompt and friendly. Had the parm crusted chicken Louisiana.....that Cajun cream sauce was amazing! What a perfect finish to the chicken. I can’t wait to stay at the Hotel again, so I can try something else on the menu!

Good service and the food was delicious. They have a lot of different options on the menu. Very clean and friendly place. Definitely will come back.

checked into best western was pleasantly surprised they had a restaurant. A man sitting at bar told me to try the ribeye and it was great also the fresh cut fries were Good . I really enjoyed everything. The lady told me they have coupons in enjoy and entertainment books. I will be back for that ribeye.

It was a little quiet, i was expecting more people to be there on a Saturday night, but the food was great

There is nothing fresh here. My burger was made with meat beginning to spoil. The breakfast options are stale. Had I known, I would have gone somewhere else.

Good food awful prices.

Would give zero stars if that was an option. The bartender was absolutely awful. Nice personality, but my drink sat empty for over 15 minutes before he realized it. I watched him use a shot glass to measure the liquor in my drink, and then put the shotglass back on the shelf, unwashed.

Staff is horrible and rude.

Wish you had negative stars... When we called and talked to the lady that answered the phone taking our order we asked if they had chicken wings? She said yes. We asked if they were whole wings? She said yes. We had a gift certificate for $25.00 and she said wings were 6 for $9.50. We ordered them with the rub on them. Well low and behold they are wing-dings not whole wings and for the left over money on the gift certificate she said we could have a slice of pie. However, all they had was Apple Pie, we said that would be fine....... To get home and find out they were wing-dings not whole wings and no rub on them just naked fried wing dings and the pie was pecan. I will never recommend this place to anyone... The worst food I have ever eaten... Dehydrated peanut butter on plain crackers would have been better.

Since the new menu and remodeling last year i come here at least once a month(need more bar specials though). Service is always great, i usually call my order 10 min. ahead to have things ready as soon as i arrive.
