Order 2 meals. Fries were cold and hard and the burgers were cold. Cheese couldn't even melt. I was moving yesterday and we wanted something quick and hot. Well neither happened. We both threw away our food and decided McDonald's ain't where it's at anymore. But they want to to pay more than triple for a McChicken ? I'm good!
Vegetarian options: Yeah after spending over 20 dollars on 2 meals we were still hungry because we had to throw the food away. The shit wasn't edible. I wouldn't have fed it to my dog!!!

I always order for 4-6 people and they never fill our fry containers to full. I had 2 large fries that look like this, 1 med, 2 small. I would've been better off ordering all small fries because they never give the full amount. They need to do better! I'm tired of being told I can drive back for a replacement. Not to mention I wanted extra pickles on my burger and there were 3 small pickle slices. The filet of fish had a quarter size of tartar sauce, so it was dry as hell. And I checked my receipt to make sure we ordered correctly. And it doesn't matter what location I go to they're all the same.

Had no choice to use the Kios. All of the Kios were out of paper. When I asked I was told he couldn't give me one from the register unless he rung the whole order in again.
A girl in front of was arguing with him that she had an online order from here and he kept saying there is no order in the system. After she then showed the receipt and said are you going to refund me so I can go some where else he went back and mysteriously the order was there and packed.
Sound like they are definitely ripping people off here. As an FYI, it is against the law to not give someone a hard copy of a receipt upon request.

Always go for my steak bagels when I'm in the area going thru the drive thru is like being back in the early 00s when service was done fast and efficient whatever your doing at this location keep it up great staff here

This may have been one of the worst experiences I've had at a McDonald's. First, this location has a "double drive-thru", however when we chose the outside land, we were ignored while 3 cars were waited on in the inside lane. When we got up to the pickup window, we waited about 5-7 minutes before being told to pull over into the drive-thru parking spots. We waited in a space for another 8-10 minutes before somebody came out, and tried giving us an order that was not ours. Another couple minutes, they come back out. This time, they have a bag with SOME items from our order, minus the happy meal. Another few minutes, they bring our happy meal. . . . Without the requested apple slices. My husband went inside to retrieve our apple slices. Absolutely ridiculous.

Hopefully they get the $30/hr they deserve.
