We put our order in at 10:35AM and just got it now at 11:13AM. The manager ( seemed like a manager) was rude to everyone in the lobby saying that she has bo control over the app, told someone to call his bank to figure it out instead of just making the McMuffin for him, another guy was sitting there for 20 min before anyone approached him. I waited 40 minutes for my food and they forgot one od our sandwiches. Had to wait another 10 min for that. The staff made sure to not make eye contact with customers and stayed back until a guy asked loudly if anyone worked here. I have a 1 and 4 year old. This was a joke. Never again. Also, I have worked years in customer service and own my own business. You dont behave like that at work.

The second floor!
My kids were so excited to stop at this McDonald’s specifically because it had a second floor! We have never seen one! It’s the little things in life really..
We ordered on the kiosk and received our food in a timely manner. Food was very good! Workers were pleasant and served with a smile. Fries were fresh! Fun happy meal toys!
Stairs to the upstairs had a few sticky marks, but overall, the restaurant was very clean on both floors. It was nice having a second floor away from the rush. Nice and quiet.
We really enjoyed our visit! Would definitely return!

The young lady running the front / bagging orders was killing it during this evening’s rush . She had long braids in her hair . She was doing a fantastic job of getting orders out quickly & handling the customer’s in the dining area. I’ll be back to have her service !!

The food was fine but this was the longest I've ever had to wait for my meal. 25 minutes??? And the people working there were coming out to talk to their friends instead of working. Also, I was eating with my 3 year old and 2 of the workers were on their break, sitting behind us and talking about how many sex partners they had. It was absolutely disgusting. I'll never go to this McDonald's again! Oh sorry, one last thing...the place was a mess.

Went here for breakfast, we ordered hotcakes with bacon and another hotcakes with sausage, but sadly, the food was not that hot enough. Feels like it was just reheated and was cooked hours ago.
Also, that tiny dollop of butter is never good enough. We need more than that in one packaging.
Nice McDonalds. Clean and friendly. Food is always fresh. Staff is welcoming and pleasant-good eye contact when speaking to customers and polite. Visit often when I’m in the area.

The food tasted really good but it did NOT treat me well. I ended up in the restroom for like 20 minutes as my body tried to make up its mind on whether to throw up or not while I was assaulted with stomach pains that made me lean forward until my chest was on my knees. I'm not someone who just gets nauseous or throws up, like this is my first nausea in almost a year. It's been about an hour since having a cheeseburger, fries, and orange soda, and my arms are still sore. I really don't know why my arms are sore, they just got sore at about the same time I got nauseous. The nausea has gone away but my arms are still very sore as if I had worked out wrong for hours on end.
