I love Moe’s, it’s one of my favorites spots, but the monroeville location gives small portions and barely puts anything on my meal. I try to avoid this location if I can and go to a different Moe’s location since I love the food. It seems encouraged amongst employees to give smaller portions due to not wanting to make more food. I was already not getting a lot on my quesadilla and the other worker said to put even smaller portions because the employee that was making my food had portions that were “too big”. I’m not one to review places, but this has been happening to me consistently for quite some time.
Clean, friendly and good customer service. Elijah was very helpful.
The people who work here are awesome, and so is the food! Incredibly fresh and bountiful
Way better than Chipotle. And more choices like cilantro at no extra charge.
Food is delicious and fresh, staff is pleasant and kind, and the locals always so clean!

This is a joke, right? My bag barely had any chips in it and the food was cold by the time I showed up to pick it up (and I came EARLY). I can't believe Taco Bell is the best taco fast food place in Monroeville.

We love visiting Moe's in Monroeville - the staff is usually pleasant and the food is great. However, our experience last Sunday (9/29/24, 1:00-2:00 pm) was disappointing. The rice was hard and undercooked. When I asked the staff if this was normal, I received an illogical response: 'That's our new type of rice.' As someone that is very familiar with Asian cuisine , I found this explanation uninformed. The other staff members ignored my concern, so we left. Upper management should review the Monroeville, PA location and consider providing basic cooking training, especially since several reviews mention issues with the rice.
Not a Mexican food lover, but food is not hot

It seems great so far. No problems and the food was great. They only gave me 1 bag of chips even though I ordered a separate one for my son so make sure you have all of your chips. Other than that, place is clean and smells great, the workers are happy and doing a great job. Bathroom is clean enough. Im happy they are here.

Worst Moe’s experience ever. Black beans were still hard, rice was overcooked and hard, adobo chicken tasted rubbery according to my wife and I concur. Chips were overly salty, table we sat at was not clean, men’s restroom had trash overflowing on to the floor. I will not be returning to Moes anytime soon.

I have been to this Moes a lot. The workers are friendly, the portions are great for the money, and the food is always made well.
