I had an end piece of pizza hard, burnt and crusty. Don't think ill come back

Wow. Heard great things about this place and it held up to the hype. The pizza was cooked perfectly. Crusty and crunchy on the bottom and chewy at the same time. Got a slice of the square to try and it was excellent as well. Definitely in my top 10. The Italian hoagie wasn’t anything to write home about but it wasn’t bad.

You mines well eat crackers with cheese ; cracker crust without the crunch and very light sauce . Definitely not a Napoli style recipe , not Napul . English or German stunads 🤮🤮🤮🤮
Look how thin and no sauce

Went there today and got two slices, the crust was very hard and burnt. The cheese was very stiff barely edible. I normally like getting slices here but today it seems I was served pizza that was sitting or ran back through the oven too long. I was 😞 😞 😞!!!

They have been superior for so many years! It reminds me of a cherished little pizza shop I used to go to as a boy. I ate in yesterday. The aesthetic , the food and the young lady running register, running food out…. RUNNING THE SHOW, was very nice. Great shop!!

Very nice people and a cozy atmosphere at night. Food is alright, but the crust of the pizza was a little too crunchy for my taste.

Their original round pizza is by far top five best in Pittsburgh! And this is coming from a true pizza connoisseur. It’s reminiscent of a NY style pizza and I’m obsessed!

I came here to try there pizza and it was undercooked and not tasty and for the amount per slice I told the quality would be better

I am from New York, the Pizza Capital of the world.I can attest that Napoli serves authentic New York Neoplitan Pizza.Napoli and Mineo's in Squirrel Hill serve pizza that is head and shoulders above any Pizza in the area.

When you order a Sicilian slice they take a piece and cut it in half. My husband and I paid almost $6 for two half slices about 2.5 inches wide. It was actually ridiculous, but the lady behind the counter was having a hard day with the system being down so I didn't complain. I'm not likely to return because the pizza was below average at best.

Old school pizza place vibes in the shop. Service is great! I like the square pizza and the Bianca pizza best!!! Really great place and pretty good value overall! One of my go to pizza places!

In town visiting from Ohio and need a place that delivers. Do we choose Napoli pizza. The crust is a little too thin but the sauce is great and the toppings for the price could have been more. All and all not bad pizza.
