Food is good but the portions are a lot smaller. Pasta is not expensive; so why small portions?

Service and good were both good. Advertised promo items that were not available?

It's sad that their lunch menu portions are getting smaller and smaller. The salad is all lettuce and the tortellini had 4 but very small. Really like a child size.

Sever Michelle was amazing. Didn't have a chance to ask for refills or anything she was on top of it all.

The only thing going for this place is the ambience and comfortable dining area. We are in a large party sitting at separate tables, its really bad that they're too lazy to move tables around. My daughters are sitting at a different tables and the server is telling me that I cant pay for my own family because they have to be sitting at my table. This has never happened in my life. Imagine not being able to split tabs because youre too lazy to keep track of who ordered what. The last problem is the menu, I come from a rooted Italian family and this menu is the furthest thing away from being Italian. The only evidence you need is that there isn't a single piece of sausage to be found anywhere in the menu or building. Mega fail, how does this place stay open?

We enjoyed everything about our meal tonight. Quay was our server and she was the absolute sweetest. Our service was fast and the food was delicious. I would absolutely eat here again!

This was the 2nd time my husband and I order soup and breadsticks from Monroeville location and both times it has been awful. Big chunks of potatoes, sausage, and the end hard pieces of kale. Even though this one is the closest I will just drive to the greentree location or Robinson because this is unbelievable.

Ordered chicken tortellini. Pasta was over cooked like mush and chicken was dried out most likely from sitting under the heat lamps in the kitchen! It was so salty!!! Haven't been to an Olive Garden in along time, and most likely won't be back

Usually we have a nice experience at this location. Even have had the manager correct even the smallest issue above and beyond. On Sunday, 11/16, we went for lunch, around 1:00. We both got the chicken parm, our favorite there. However, I will never order that again. The chicken was thin, over cooked & the breading was over powering. Actually, the breading was thicker than the chicken. It sat in my stomach like a rock. The sauce was mostly just chunks of tomatoes, sort of like watered down stewed tomatoes. We brought half of our food home. I put Ragu on the spaghetti and pitched the chicken. My son said he'll give them another try, I won't. Which is unfortunate as, like I said, we usually have a great experience there.

Visited Olive Garden (260 Mall Blvd, Monroeville, PA) on Veterans Day 11/11/2025, and the experience was absolutely perfect. Olive Garden offered a complimentary meal from a special veterans menu, and I truly appreciated the gesture.

Service from Bailey M was excellent and friendly. My guest ordered the Tour of Italy ($22.49) and I had Spaghetti with Marinara and 3 Meatballs ($16.78), both served hot, fresh, and delicious. The famous salad and breadsticks were just as great as always.

Thank you to the management and staff for honoring veterans and making our visit memorable. Highly recommended!
