Wonderful experience here. You have to ask for the wedding soup. Is not on the menu.

Jasmin is an excellent waitress, had a few minor problems that were out of her control. The ladies at the bar were also great, provided fun atmosphere while waiting for table. Thee manager was right on and handled our problem right away and did the exact right things. Over all great experience and great service in the bar and table.

I have never experienced such bad service across an entire restaurant. Was there for a birthday dinner of 5 people and both hostesses and 2 servers were rude. Throwing napkins and straws on the table, snapping when we ask for more breadsticks. Food was the only the highlight until my entire party got back to their respective houses and began to vomit/show signs of food illness.

The food has gone downhill since we ate here last, which was a year or so ago. Noodles slightly overcooked, food tastes less seasoned, the alfredo sauce is less creamy, and for what we got it was waaay overpriced. Not eating here again.

Our server, who I can't remember her name at the moment, was attentive and friendly. She got our drink refills and second helpings of their delicious gnocchi soup without us asking. Highly recommend this place.

Man! Beside the forever wait each time, what’s up with these severs coming out to the to go order spots with attitude for no reason and shove the bag into the driver face, can you give me a second to open the door and take the bag instead of trying to squeeze a giant bag onto my face from the window! This is not the first time it’s happening. Management should be aware of these server’s behavior, not professional at all.

I'm a frequent customer of Oliver Garden, and food is 90% of the time good. Today, it was not. Pasta Fagioli soup had hard chunks of ground beef plus soup had an odd taste. I had the chicken parmesan dinner, the chicken cooked perfect along with spaghetti however the marinara sauce was tart, taste like it was from a can. I ended up taking my food home to fix it up. Also, isn't it odd for an Italian restaurant to be out of Lasagna? Well, they were, totally shocking!!

Wait times ours was like 50 and for a lot of people. It’s like an hour. It was like they were having a party in there. They had to cook it. They weren’t even cooking it good but the food was kinda good. It was good.

Something feels off about this Olive Garden—it’s just not like it used to be. I think it’s the flavor of the food and the overall welcoming atmosphere. This is my second visit in about a month, and both times have felt the same.

Food was not as good as my prior Olive Garden experiences. Got broccoli in place of pasta. It was overcooked and mushy.
