I really wasn’t happy about my experience today. My boyfriend asked for medium well the steak was extremely dry I asked for my steak to be cooked on the chargrill that didn’t happen and the wings and blooming onion tasted like burnt grease and the chicken was salty I usually like this place but this evening just wasn’t good.

I ent for lunch today. I had the rib meal sbd my client had the steak and shrimp Alfredo it was loaded heavily with pepper to the point either of us could eat it. I also made the waiter aware of it . We gave back full plates to be discarded. Terrible experience or a terrible cook

Service was fantastic, food was good except for that the kitchen waited until just as my food was to come to the table they informed my server that they were out of baked potatoes. Having worked a kitchen in this setting myself it's very uncalled for. Not happy with this visit. Hell of a way to have a first visit to a restaurant!

Overall terrible experience. Waited an hour for a table, but it was a Saturday night so it was expected. Although it seemed like the staff wasn't quick at all at busing tables as most sat for 15 minutes or more before being cleaned off.
Food was fine when it came out. No complaints there, however prior to that my daughter (11) got up to use the bathroom and came back to the table crying. When we asked what was wrong she said that one of the female managers ran after her after she left the bathroom to accuse her of putting soap all over the mirror. Seems crazy to me that you would address an 11 year old without their parents present. This is where the evening was pretty much ruined. By the time the food came my daughter was still upset and that was made even worse by the fact that the order for her food was never put on and she had to wait another 15 minutes for her dinner. When it finally came everyone wanted to leave.
We sat at the table for 30 minutes with mostly empty plates before the bill came. The evening was capped off when our waiter finally gave us the bill and knocked a full glass of ice water on my daughter's lap. Somehow this was made even worse when the waiter got all pissy instead of apologetic.
Totally waste of an evening out.
