Food great. Service bad.

Great food, big portions, friendly staff, and good drinks!

Typical Mexican fair. Wasn't a huge fan of the salsa.

Placed an online order. Order went through. Went for pick up. Place is closed. No mention on website, Google, no voicemail. Now I have to figure out how to get my money back. And get something to eat.

Pricey but worth it. Delicious

Subpar food, out of four meals at our table we ate less than half the food. Not returning.

It was a light meal tonight. I had an enchilada with the rice and the Mexican street corn. I’ve been here several times in the past, and the food is always good. Even when the restaurants are busy, the food comes out rather fast, and the waiter or waitress is always nice. I had a waiter tonight. The waiter was super nice and extremely polite. If you’re looking for a good place to eat, this is it. The restaurant is also family-friendly.

If you want authentic Mexican food, this is the place to go. The service is quick, and they get people in and out, so don't worry if there are a couple of people in front of you. Also, go hungry as the portions are large

My first time there. We were there the night before Christmas Eve in 2024, so I think they were understaffed. But the food was good, & our waitress was nice. They didn't rush us even though we were there a long time.

Ordered food online for delivery to my address from Patron Mexican Grill in Monroeville, PA. They use Uber. I received the wrong order. I tried contacting both the Uber driver and the Monroeville Patron Restaurant by phone to get their error corrected. The Uber driver said I had to call the restaurant. The restaurant said I had to call Uber. I tried every Uber phone number I could Google and I tried the number the restaurant gave me. But no phone number gets you to their 24hr customer service line. I don't have an Uber app account so I can't reach them that way either. In short, my money was taken. I didn't get my order. I didn't eat dinner. I lost an hour of my life trying to get their failure corrected. And I didn't get my money back. Lesson learned and paid for... I will never Use Uber or go to Patron Mexican Grill again, as long as I live.

We had a big party one night and we tried to get in a few restaurants nearby but we're turned down cause of our size so we decided to stop in here to see if they had room for us and sure enough they put a few tables together and made room for us. The service was great , they were fun and made us feel comfortable. We had a great time and I would definitely do it agian.

The food here was amazing. Very friendly atmosphere! There was a little language barrier but over all extremely good and I will certainly be back

Foods okay. If you are vegetarian their rice is made with a chicken stock. Cups have chips and dents in them
