My family had a hankering for gyros after travelling back from Harrisburg. Our normal gyro place was closed, so we stopped here for the first time. The owner was lovely and really accommodating. I absolutely recommend the gyros here and the wonderful service.

At Monroeville Gyros & Kebab, the menu features:

* Chicken Shawarma:
* Tender & Juicy: The chicken is marinated and cooked to perfection, ensuring it is not dry.
* Great Flavor: A harmonious blend of spices provides the meat with a rich, authentic taste.
* House Sauces: The sauces, particularly the creamy white sauce, are a notable highlight, complementing the dish.
* Samosas:
* Savory Filling: These are filled with a classic, flavorful combination of potatoes and peas.
* Crispy Texture: The exterior is fried to a golden crisp.
* Good Appetizer: A dependable, traditional starter for your the chicken shawarma is highly recommended and a must-try, while the samosas offer a good, reliable option.

I loved Everything about this lamb gyro. Initially, it has a lot of meat ( fresh of the spit) and Plenty of toppings. It's like a salad on a sandwich. If you like that. I do. Everything was fresh. He added his green sauce that he puts on the kebabs.. I wish I would have tasted it sooner. It gives it more flavors with a nice Kick. Just a smear with a fork and you will be in heaven! The customer service was also perfection. There's not a lot of space to eat, however, they were still very attentive to us. Will definitely be back.

Can’t decide between chicken or lamb? Get both in a combo platter. So delicious and generously plated. Came out steaming hot. Can’t wait to return and try a kebab or falafel.

I come in here every day after work never had a bad experience always fresh good food workers are very nice and the food is amazing. Some of the best genres in the city and their new whole wheat pita bread is 10 times better than the regular pita bread.

I had this place one other time and, the meat has changed. What used to be spit cooked leg of lamb, has been reduced to chunky ground lamb mixed with ground beef Pattie cut into uneven squares. The tzatziki sauce is disgusting. The tomatoes are unripened and the lettuce that is wilted. The red onions are cut on a mandolin and shaved too thin. The pita tasted stale, and the price was $14 for a gyro. Would not recommend!
