Great food, friendly staff, A+++++

They do not put any meat on the sandwiches, not worth the money you get a salad sandwich you have to find the meat ,if you ask for pizza sauce they pour a gallon on your sandwich, quality and preparation of sandwich is horrible sad to think they charge you a lot for a sandwich and give you nothing the sandwich is a sorry sandwich. I only go because it's quick and convenient, not anymore I put a stop to that and you should to.

Disappointing. I would rank this location at the bottom.

The food was amazing but if you are in a rush don't stop here.

Ive been going to penn station for years throughout all of the locations in Pgh. Idk whats happed but the past two times ordering here my steak hoagies has been dry as heck. Here is a pic of my hoagie and I took it home to cook the bread longer and put mayo on it and seasoning. I wanted to cry bc its not cheap and tasted really bad.

After ordering my sandwich. I went over to where im supposed to pay. I waited for the person to finish what he was to pay. Then he skipped over me to cash out two other people after i stood there and waited for him to complete orders for people that had been waiting.

Our favorite sub place! Awesome food tastes great and fast service!

Not only were our subs fresh and delicious but Cam and the rest of the team were AMAZING! Excellent customer service!

We bought two sandwiches last night. Got home and experienced the worst food ever in my life. Bad taste noflavor at all. I'll never return to this location

Have been ordering food here for several years and it used to be really good. It seems to be steadily going down hill though. I'm currently eating a steak hoagie that has about 2 tablespoons of meat on each half. It's pathetic. You could find something better at a gas station.

I usually love getting food at Penn Station but tonight is was below average. Staff was chaotic and didn't seem to know what they were doing. And my subs were not made to order. I hope this isn't the new trend.

On the evening of Jan 7, 2025 we were hungry travelers coming through Pittsburg on our way home. We headed to chipotle when we saw this little sub station. So happy we stopped here instead! The food was DELICIOUS and the service just as great. The young men greeted us enthusiastically and took good care to make us super tasty subs! The place is clean and fun. We 💯 recommend! The bread is unique but amazing.. soft and chewy on this inside and crispy on the outside- holds all the goodies inside. We could taste every single ingredient - not just a bread sandwich. Good check em out! And thanks to the 3 gentlemen working last night!
