Really went downhill. Employees wearing fur boots, touching hair, scratch head, touching mouth and face, walking around with chewing gum and drinks in hand and then wearing these gloves to touching people sandwiches and food after all of that and after touching money. Gloves were never changed. Also 16 years of food service experience you aren’t allowed to wear your hair down. Managers walking around handing out tip money while assembling Sandwiches. This is digesting and I will no longer be a customer here.

Not impressed with the Ruben yuck the steak was good and the way these fries are cut 😡😡😡 get it together fyi im throwing this Ruben in the trash 🗑️ won’t be getting this again But it’s not like this, whatever this is horrible wasted my lunch break

Wish I could give this place a -2. I placed our order and WAITED, and WAITED, and WAITED. Others were coming in, placing orders, and leaving. We were still WAITING. After about 25 minutes I asked where out order was. I was told that he dropedone of the sandwiches on the floor and it had to be remaked. Unfortunately for us he put it in line at the end of all of the other orders. I guess I should have been happy that he didn't just pick up and given it to us.

As busy as they were the staff left promptly at the end of their shift.

When we finally got home 2 of the sandwiches were NOT what was ordered. The sandwiches, all 4 of them, were literally thrown together, and they looked very unappetizing.
When leaving I said that I would be calling the manager in the morning. He told me he was the evening manager. I never did call, what's the point

I just know that none of my family will ever order anything from their again. Only thing is the lemonade is freshly made and good.

Walked in at 2015 music blasting staff got mad because I walked in, they didn't close till 9. They acted as if I had inconvenience them. I even tipped them even tho I probably shouldn't have. My sub had nothing on it, 1 piece of bacon a ton of mayo n a tiny tomato, my significant other ended up with food poisoning from his. This place used to be awesome n I loved going there not anymore
