I had spoken to this man named Cam and he was super rude on the phone and he called me outside my name in a whisper. He shouldn’t work here

Were very busy so the quality of food was not their usual 5 star.

Walked in at 2015 music blasting staff got mad because I walked in, they didn't close till 9. They acted as if I had inconvenience them. I even tipped them even tho I probably shouldn't have. My sub had nothing on it, 1 piece of bacon a ton of mayo n a tiny tomato, my significant other ended up with food poisoning from his. This place used to be awesome n I loved going there not anymore

Pretty good food

The last two times we have ordered our orders were wrong and the wait time is extremely long. Today, our order came out one sandwhich at a time. My daughter was done eating by the time my food came out.

No way this place has more than one star. Slowest, most disorganized location. Why do you have online ordering? Ordered online 20 minutes ahead and then waited in store 20 minutes before I had to ask what was going on. Waited anothet 10. Wasn't that busy.

Awful place where the “employees” ignore your presence. I don’t how it’s still in business.

If I cared about ever returning I would email more details, but I don’t. The staff completely ignored me when I stood at the counter. I took my business elsewhere and will not return. End of story. The business, represented by the staff, earned its review.

They do not put any meat on the sandwiches, not worth the money you get a salad sandwich you have to find the meat ,if you ask for pizza sauce they pour a gallon on your sandwich, quality and preparation of sandwich is horrible sad to think they charge you a lot for a sandwich and give you nothing the sandwich is a sorry sandwich. I only go because it's quick and convenient, not anymore I put a stop to that and you should to.

Disappointing. I would rank this location at the bottom.

The food was amazing but if you are in a rush don't stop here.

Ive been going to penn station for years throughout all of the locations in Pgh. Idk whats happed but the past two times ordering here my steak hoagies has been dry as heck. Here is a pic of my hoagie and I took it home to cook the bread longer and put mayo on it and seasoning. I wanted to cry bc its not cheap and tasted really bad.

After ordering my sandwich. I went over to where im supposed to pay. I waited for the person to finish what he was to pay. Then he skipped over me to cash out two other people after i stood there and waited for him to complete orders for people that had been waiting.

Our favorite sub place! Awesome food tastes great and fast service!
