I’m from Pittsburgh but now live in South Carolina. I went to Monroeville Philly Pretzel Factory and received, hands down, the BEST customer service I have ever received. The young lady in the kitchen was awesome and extremely knowledgeable. She suggested a way I could get some pretzels back to my mom in South Carolina and the very sweet woman behind the counter made sure I got hot from the oven pretzels for myself.
