If you're looking for the og authentic pretzel taste, this is your place. Not that Auntie Anne's fake garbage (sorry). The staff are quick and never miss a thing, the owner is beyond helpful and kind and the thai teas and peach keen smoothie are to die for 🤤. Also, it's not often, but if they say there's a few min wait on the pretzels, do yourself a favor and wait. They're amazing fresh out of the oven! They also have a rewards system. All around good place 👍. Wish they still sold drug$ though (old owner)...🤣 jk

I intentionally placed an order for a tray ahead of time so it would be ready for me to pick up as I was running short on time. When I got to the shop, they then started making the pretzels.

I can't believe that I haven't reviewed this place before!! I loved the pretzels and cheese as a kid, and then the place closed down for a little while. It reopened recently and the pretzels are as good as I remember! Everyone there is nice. Plus, they always have some form of deal or coupon (found in the local paper) going on, which is perfect for a frequent flyer like me! I love that the owners of Julie's Boba Tea and Smoothies bought the store; now I can get my pretzel and boba fix, all in one place! Cannot recommend this place enough!

This place is amazing! They will now have bubble tea on the 24th and we will be here for it! My son loves his pretzels with cheese. My daughter loved the brownie batter dip and cinnamon rivets. Worth every penny. I will be here in my lunch break for

The sign says "under new management". The pretzels used to be hot, soft and fresh. Delicious. Today they were cold, hard, stale and inedible. Never again.

I ordered a 50 pretzels and had them delivered. Everyone started eating the pretzels. And soon after everyone started complaining about a chemical taste, and mouth burning. I called the pretzel factory, and the excuse was too much lye in the mixture, and they apologized. I asked how many orders of pretzels were sent out that were tainted. I was supposed to get a call from the manager, but still waiting. They obviously don't care what they send out.BEWARE ! WILL NOT BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!

Stopped on a lark coming from Monroeville Mall. Was greeted when I entered and invited to the counter to order. Staff was very friendly and courteous. Very pleased with the value of the pretzels for the price.

Pretzel too hard and stale within only 10min drive to the nearby park from the store. Took it home and reheat with moist paper towels — no improvement. Service is great price is too expensive for this quality but price is good if they have better quality.

Triple check the bag before you leave, they forget to put half your order in it. Also eat a pretzel before you leave, the ones I got were all under cooked.
