I ordered a 50 pretzels and had them delivered. Everyone started eating the pretzels. And soon after everyone started complaining about a chemical taste, and mouth burning. I called the pretzel factory, and the excuse was too much lye in the mixture, and they apologized. I asked how many orders of pretzels were sent out that were tainted. I was supposed to get a call from the manager, but still waiting. They obviously don't care what they send out.BEWARE ! WILL NOT BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!

Stopped on a lark coming from Monroeville Mall. Was greeted when I entered and invited to the counter to order. Staff was very friendly and courteous. Very pleased with the value of the pretzels for the price.

Pretzel too hard and stale within only 10min drive to the nearby park from the store. Took it home and reheat with moist paper towels — no improvement. Service is great price is too expensive for this quality but price is good if they have better quality.

We ordered several of the small platters for a networking opportunity and they were very well received! Staff was attentive and courteous. The order was ready on time and they even helped me carry it to my car.
When we walked in the whole place smelled like a fish market. I took 10 pretzels home about 15 minutes away and half of them were hard. Then, when we ate them we could still smell the fish with every bite we took. I had high hopes for a “pretzel factory” restaurant. The concept is great, but this place seriously disappoints. I guess I’ll stick to Auntie Anne’s.

Stale pretzels. Messed up whole order and wouldn’t fix it until the manager texted back from Philly. Was late to my sons birthday. Then they said come in for a full cash refund. I have the text. Just for them to say they misspoke and I drove there for nothing.

This used to be my favorite store because they do have the absolute BEST soft pretzels!!! The reason I can only give them one star is because evidently they haven't the first clue about how to run a business. This is the third time in 2 weeks that I have stopped here during so-called business hours only to find that they were closed!!! One time they posted a piece of paper saying they "ran out of food,"really??? I mean it's not like they have a huge menu. I can say the people who work there are wonderful and do a great job and when I asked one of the workers about them closing early he was shocked and had no idea what I was talking about. I wonder how many other people wasted their time and gas only to find the store closed when they thought it was open. It's a shame how the business went downhill.
