Absolutely avoid this location and their loser employees, they won’t accept any of the good Pizza Hut heals at the location and the food is consistently under cheesed and overcooked
Took my online and took my money. Closed up the shop early and never delivered my order. Had to drive up to the store to confirm they closed early. Never picked up the phone either. Will be getting a refund tomorrow.

Pizza Hut Monroeville had absolutely terrible service. We placed an order for a birthday party the night before the event. We waited an hour after the confirmed delivery time for the order. When we called the main number option 2 for status no one answered, optioned 3 for speak to a manger no one answered, option 1 place a new order does not take you to the store and they will not assist you. We had been trying to get in touch with them for over 30 minutes. Monroeville still and corporate numbers were absolutely unhelpful.

I ordered a personal pan pizza with pepperoni and sausage, the pizza barely had sauce and literally had one pepperoni on each slice and very few sausage. I paid 9.17 for bread and cheese

When I came in to order I stood at the counter for at least 5 minutes before the person; I believe he was the GM, got up from the back comfortably with his legs propt up on his phone while the store phone was ringing off the hook. He didn't greet but simply asked what did I order. Very dismissive and my order was wrong. I tried to call after I left several times and no one answered. Very unprofessional.

I placed an order online for delivery. My order was never delivered and the restaurant is closed. I called 4x before the store closed and noone answered the phone. The tracker says my order should have been delivered by 9:45pm. It is now 10:20pm and no order. I placed my order at 8:30pm. Called customer care. I have to wait 1-3 days for my refund. Completely unacceptable. This was a late dinner that was never delivered.

I placed an order on line and for delivery. What I got was far from expected. Bread sticks order not included, the bread sticks that I did receive were dry with no seasoning or garlic butter added. Boneless wings had hardly any sauce and when I tried to call them several times and days no one would answer! So I then called the corporate office several times to complain and got no satisfaction! As far as I’m concerned they have more money than me and my money spends anywhere so please save your money and buy your pizza somewhere else!!! Totally dissatisfied with this Pizza Hut location!!!!

I will NEVER order from Pizza Hut AGAIN! I ordered 2 medium pizzas with two toppings of onion and chicken each, buffalo, and ranch sauce. How are you gonna charge me for buffalo sauce and not place it with my order? Also the dasher couldn’t speak english so I gave her $40 cause the food was $27 and she brought back $3 cause she ain’t have enough change to give back to me so she kept $13 as a tip! I lost pretty much $14 and I called the restaurant 10 times! NEVER AGAIN!
