I placed an order directly through Pizza Hut’s app. The third party delivery driver informed me that they didn’t have 2 out of the 4 items we ordered, so we essentially spent over $40 to not get half of our order. The store refuses to answer the phone, and I’ve contacted Pizza Hut directly, who said they would have the store reach out to me. Over a week and still no response. Unacceptable customer service doesn’t even begin to describe it!

Took my online and took my money. Closed up the shop early and never delivered my order. Had to drive up to the store to confirm they closed early. Never picked up the phone either. Will be getting a refund tomorrow.

Pizza Hut Monroeville had absolutely terrible service. We placed an order for a birthday party the night before the event. We waited an hour after the confirmed delivery time for the order. When we called the main number option 2 for status no one answered, optioned 3 for speak to a manger no one answered, option 1 place a new order does not take you to the store and they will not assist you. We had been trying to get in touch with them for over 30 minutes. Monroeville still and corporate numbers were absolutely unhelpful.

I ordered a personal pan pizza with pepperoni and sausage, the pizza barely had sauce and literally had one pepperoni on each slice and very few sausage. I paid 9.17 for bread and cheese
