Absolutely avoid this location and their loser employees, they won’t accept any of the good Pizza Hut heals at the location and the food is consistently under cheesed and overcooked
Took my online and took my money. Closed up the shop early and never delivered my order. Had to drive up to the store to confirm they closed early. Never picked up the phone either. Will be getting a refund tomorrow.

Pizza Hut Monroeville had absolutely terrible service. We placed an order for a birthday party the night before the event. We waited an hour after the confirmed delivery time for the order. When we called the main number option 2 for status no one answered, optioned 3 for speak to a manger no one answered, option 1 place a new order does not take you to the store and they will not assist you. We had been trying to get in touch with them for over 30 minutes. Monroeville still and corporate numbers were absolutely unhelpful.

I ordered a personal pan pizza with pepperoni and sausage, the pizza barely had sauce and literally had one pepperoni on each slice and very few sausage. I paid 9.17 for bread and cheese
Order a meat lovers and half supreme got cheese pizza stay 20 min out and all they had to offer was a 10 please never again

When I came in to order I stood at the counter for at least 5 minutes before the person; I believe he was the GM, got up from the back comfortably with his legs propt up on his phone while the store phone was ringing off the hook. He didn't greet but simply asked what did I order. Very dismissive and my order was wrong. I tried to call after I left several times and no one answered. Very unprofessional.
