The following review is the most hysterically bad experience I've had at any food place but will remain in my memory that I can look back at now and laugh:Placed the order 8:54 pm online, I arrived at the store around 9:05 pm. The only person at the store took about 5 minutes to see me as he was by the food cutting station, no worries its a Saturday night I am sure they are busy.While watching, the man is trembling, unable to stand upright, constantly leaning on the table for support. Within those first 5 minutes, he was able to box up a total of 1 item... cutting the food is a different story. He dropped the item multiple times on the table (thankfully not on the floor).He was barely able to make it from the cutting station to the cash register, where he was able to get my info and find me in the system for me to pay. He said it will be a few, no worries. He stumbles his way back to the table.During the next 10 minutes, he has only taken 2 or 3 items out of the oven, and is unable to cut them, he just has them on the table. There are a lot of items in the oven that is now over cooking. Other customers have walked in and have yet to be greeted.Another 5 minutes pass before he greets the other customers, get the door dash names, and walks back to the station.Repeat another 10 -15 minutes of him standing around, leaning on the table unable to really function. One door dash person cancelled their order, another wa son the phone with customer service.I asked if the worker, he said yes, I went back to the cutting station, found my 1 pizza uncut, the other was in the box already. I found my cheese sticks in a bag with someone else's cinnamon sticks.I grabbed my food items, put them in containers, cut the items I needed and left.It took nearly an hour to get the items I ordered... cold...Needless to say this was an interesting experience.I don't plan on coming back anytime soon as I don't want to go back to cut and box my own food again...For the managers it this happened on 4/6/2024 between 9 pm and 9:45 pm.

Pizza Hut is definitely a favorite of ours! We’ve never had any issues but please be careful ordering delivery. They use a third party for delivery and my entire order was stolen. Not Pizza Huts fault at all!

Friday 3/22/24 Was excited to order the NewYorker ?. Had it during the last release back on Sept 2023.We always ordered two. Got it home 10 minutes later and was disappointed of the look and taste. It was NOT the gooey cheesy Big New Yorker that we had 6mths prior. $30 plus tip wasted.Not sure if it is just this location.

Wow! So, I literally just placed an order for pickup over the phone and after he told me my order for pizza and wings was going to be $52 I was shocked! He asked if I wanted to cancel the order? I responded and said yes, but…just as I was going to say I’d still like my personal pan the guy hung up on me. Needless to say I will NEVER order from this place again. It’s called servicing the customer! I’m sorry I didn’t realize pizza and wings are so expensive!

If I could give no stars I would.I had two pizzas delivered, both wrong pizzas. I drove down to pizza hut with the wrong pizzas and spoke with the manager. They remade my order wrong the second time. And the third time I was given a super Supreme pizza with raw toppings (which was still made incorrectly) and a Hawaiian Luau pizza that was reheated with raw toppings on it and still made wrong. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM PIZZA HUT AGAIN AFTER THIS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Food was called when it was delivered it tasted horrific this time they gave the wrong sauce on wings instead of mild like ordered they put blazing Buffalo which burned my 8-year-old's mouth when I called to the store to get them to send a new order of wings out with right sauce encountered a horrific employee who said when told about my son was told well maybe he shouldn't have eaten the wings then also was told that they do not issue new food out and they will not and when asked what her name was she cussed at me and said that she does not give her name out over the phone I urge everyone be cautious when ordering from this location the quality of food has gone downhill over the past year and employees do not care about customers in the slightest bit.

Great consistency of food and better service! Take out is the only option. No tables or chairs. Clean store and friendly staff. Food is always consistent and that's all I ask. I know what I'm getting when I order. Love the Stuffed Crust pizza. The rewards program keeps me coming back to earn free food.

I've been disappointed the last couple of times I've been. The dough is really undercooked and just tasted off. Both times were at night. I usually order for lunch and it's been better during the day.
