I have ordered my food from the store previous times with no issues tonight I ordered my food at 8 PM. I called the store at 9:30 asking for an update, they told me the driver should be here any minute. I called back at 10pm got told The driver would be here any minute again. I told him that I was told that a half hour ago. They said well all I can tell you is my driver is on the way. The roads are icy, and Murrysville is not close to Monroeville. ( that’s where my pizza was going to) I said it’s only 12 minutes away and I understand that everybody has to take precautions because of the weather, but it’s also been two hours since I ordered my food.
Food finally came at 10:15pm and arrived cold.

Pizza is consistently delicious, have never had a bad experience here. Service is always fast and very friendly. Prices are the most affordable in the area. I drive 45 minutes out of my way for this pizza happily, highly recommend.

So grateful for the owner. He reached to to me to see what my issue was and listened to me concern. Treated me with respect and kindness and understanding. He was able to assist me with everything not even 12 hours later. He called first thing in the morning and assisted me. Below is what happened.
Ordered a pizza, even was specific in order. Got delivery time. Waited and it was on time . Got order it was wrong, I didnt get upset. I called to see how I could be assisted. I was told the system glitches and he thought my order details were a glitch. I was told not to eat the pizza. Fine. As we didn't want the incorrect order anyway. Legit couldn't consume it. Waited 30 minutes with hungry toddlers. Got a call from an angry delivery person about how she was sent here and needed address again. Even was speeding down the street and almost rammed my neighbors parked car. I stood outside with toddlers at my ankles for a pizza that was not the size I ordered. I asked her to hand me the original pizza and stacked them and took a photo of them. I called the restaurant. Explained the issue again. Even stated pizza was way thinner than the first. I was told this was impossible. I argued that I have photos. I was told I could get $5 off next order. I informed that I would not be ordering again and expected a refund as I waited 2 hours for terrible service. He told me he could not assist. If u want pizza order elsewhere. They suck! It's Tuesday and they can't get my order right. Must be the beer they sell they are drinking.

I really like this place. Best pizza shop in Monroeville in my opinion. Great pizza. Their steak rolls are delicious.
We used to live in Monroeville and ordered here weekly, if not more. The food was always delicious. After moving 25 minutes away, we only order here a couple of times a year. For the first time in dozens of orders, the eggplant parmesan hoagies were completely flavorless. The hoagie buns were sopping wet with oil to the point that it was nauseating to even consider continuing to eat. My best guess from the unpleasant aftertaste, is that this batch of eggplant was old and not fresh. The woman at the counter was quite lovely and kind. I would give her 5 stars, but the food, just 1⭐ unfortunately.

Pizza Marsala is a true gem! The service was warm and welcoming from the moment we walked in. Our pizzas were absolutely delicious. I ordered one sea food and one medium Pepperoni Pizza, both were a 10. The owner went above and beyond, even surprising us with extra treats. It’s rare to find a place that makes you feel both valued and well-fed. Can’t wait to come back!

We live an hour plus away. Myself, husband, and 2 kids. I found this place on Google maps (They had good reviews & pics). I didn't know it wasn't done in but the man that rang us up was so nice & helpful. They rushed to make our pizza, brought it out to our car, and got us plates. He was very nice! We will Definitely be back again! We travel to the mall by here.

I just received my delivery, my order consists of 1 large cheese pizza and a steak calzone. I took a bite of the calzone and I immediately had to call, then write this review. Heather made my calzone and it is amazing. The best caozone I've had since my youth. It consist of this burst of flavor that I have been looking for, for probably 20 years. **update the pizza recipe has been improved also, idk if Heather made the pizza or not but the ratio of sauce to cheese is perfect. Delicious**
