I came in at 6:00pm on 12/23/25 and ordered two sandwiches for takeout the hostess told me it would be about 10 minutes for my order. I waited 30 minutes and still my order wasn’t ready I asked a different person about my order and they said that it’s take some time because they are busy. My thing is why didn’t the hostess just be honest and say there’s an hour wait for takeout. I’m Very disappointed with the dishonesty and the lack of communication from the hostess. I waited an hour and 15 minutes for TWO SANDWICHES. THATS RIDICULOUS ON ANY LEVEL

Great cold fries. Tasteless coleslaw, lousy corned beef. Funny get me wrong. The other food was good.

This is a hard pass for me. First clue should of been the very dirty bar, uncleared tables and staff attitude. Nobody wanted to be there and it showed. The food was edible but the blue drink w the ducks in it was horrible. I took one sip and said nope and pushed it away. Not sure how this is a successful local chain.

Love the classic pittsburgh sandwich with fries and slaw. Any sandwich is always fresh
Deals are awful. Didn’t get much and was easily $100 check. Deals shown on their website were not honored. They Didn’t have any pretzels and once your bill comes the server forgets all about you even though the restaurant is empty.
