I came in at 6:00pm on 12/23/25 and ordered two sandwiches for takeout the hostess told me it would be about 10 minutes for my order. I waited 30 minutes and still my order wasn’t ready I asked a different person about my order and they said that it’s take some time because they are busy. My thing is why didn’t the hostess just be honest and say there’s an hour wait for takeout. I’m Very disappointed with the dishonesty and the lack of communication from the hostess....
Got a very large takeout order from Primantis in monroeville. They did such a great job packaging it all up and made it so easy. Food was just as good as in the restaurant and it was a great way to let out of towners try a Pittsburgh tradition while visiting our office.
We go usually on weekends and must have their wings. Almost tried with all the sauces the offer.
One of best part is, they offer 9-11pm happy hours which none of the restaurants/bars offer because that’s the pick customer time.
Their cocktails are also amazing.
Staff is very courteous and food service is quick depending on the customer rush.
Overall its my go to place and you must try as well.
