Gabi was our server and she was AMAZING! Came for the new seafood boil and she helped me decide which flavor would be better for me and even offered to swap it out if it wasn’t working. She was super friendly and helpful the entire time. Made us feel very taken care of. 10/10 service

The service was great! However, we weren't satisfied with the crab legs. Most of them were small and once you cracked the shell, there was no crab in the legs. I paid 43.00 for my meal and the crab legs were disappointing. The crabs on the crab your way was much larger. You should use the larger crabs on you entire menu because the price is high you should get what you pay for.

We were waited on by a very friendly and attentive server named Alayna. She constantly made sure our drinks and biscuits stayed filled and made sure we didn't need for anything. Made our visit very enjoyable. Her parents definitely raised her right.

We had a terrible experience today thanks to a rude, unfriendly, and inhospitable manager who seemed completely checked out. We, a party of 11, left without ordering, due to his rude and indifferent treatment.

On the other hand, the servers were so kind and helpful. I feel sorry for them, though, because if the manager is running off customers, how are the servers supposed to earn a living? We definitely would have given a nice tip.

Red Lobster just came out of Chapter 11 Bankruptcy. You'd think that they would be happy to accommodate a larger party. I just don't understand. I never want to go back there again.

Sarah was amazing and very considerate. She made her way around the table almost every 5 minutes to make sure we were ok and everything was re filled and the manager was very cautious about my allergies and made sure everything was cooked perfectly with no issues .

i came into red lobster today to celebrate my sons birthday and my sever was very nice and helpful with suggesting the ultimate feast since i tend to be indecisive! 10/10 she even came out to sing for my son :)
