Leighann was absolutely amazing. Had a great time with a friend who had a hard time but the awesome service was unexpected.

Please try to avoid this place, staff was arguing when I walked in and no one knew what was going on. The staff was all over the place and I kept getting messages that my table was ready and then they would say that it would be a longer wait. Not even a 5 minute wait, it would usually be an extra 30 minutes. I ended up just leaving and not coming back for the table and people were complaining about the food being greasy as well

Stood at the hostess stand for 15 minutes and not a single employee came out. The gentleman in front of me had to get someone to help us and she looked at the 3 different customers standing there needing help, she walked to the back and then proceeded to sit back down not acknowledging me and my son and the other customer standing behind us. Needless to say, the customer who asked for help, the gentleman behind me and me and my son left. Not at a good look

Waitress was super slow! Only came around maybe 3 times. She would disappear for long periods of time. All other servers we attentive to their tables. Her other tables were also neglected.

Of all the locations Ive been to this one is the best so far. I didnt only have great service from my server, Billy, but, I also got fresh hot food on time. I will definitely be back!

Today is my birthday I'm 7 months pregnant and came here to eat dinner with my family especially my 7 yo son who kept asking to eat red Robin all day. I called before I arrived and the automated voice system said they closed at 10pm on weekdays. Saturday & Sunday closes at 11pm. We arrived at 8:50pm and were turned away after being told they closed at 9 and that the waterfront location closes at 10pm. But I've called both locations and it says the same closing time. Then they locked the door behind us with no remorse nor apologies.. My son screams and I'm so livid I don't even want to come back here and I live 5 minutes away. Now we have to figure out what else to eat for dinner...

First time in any Red Robin and loved it. Service was awesome!

Billy was a great server, very friendly and attentive. My Ensalada Chicken Platter was delicious and very weight watchers friendly. I love the endless sides.
