Saga Hibachi Steakhouse & Sushi Bar

I really hate to snipe at a local business but this feels like more of a public service announcement. My son and I went during prime dinner hours on a weekday and no one was there, which probably should've been our first clue. I ordered a large warm saki which was skunked and a sushi appetizer that never came, though my son did get his glob of avocado wrapped in rice. I ordered shrimp hibachi and was given chicken and the 'show' amounted to two slivers of onion stacked on top of each other with a small fire in it and a guy in a mask just preparing food without looking up or engaging with anyone the entire time otherwise. After correcting the check, the waitress proceeded to spill a glass of water in my lap, and unfortunately that wasn't even in the top five reasons not to ever come back...

Very good sushi and gluten free options

The worst noodles and rice ever! Just not good. Overall I would NOT recommend this one to anyone!

Disappointed with quality of meat--The filet was stringy and tough! Service should be more friendly--felt like an outsider.
Atmosphere is drab

Give us a wonderful meal leftovers for two days as we went there midday and ordered a dinner

portion size is tiny!!! the cook doesn't do a show or talk. do not come here! picture shows food for 6 adults, 1 child. steak is tiny!!! not worth the money.

Food is generally good. Classic hibachi, that includes a show and great food. The price is solid so the quality but my only problem is the quantity. The number of times I get a smaller portion of food than what I paid for is frustrating. I will go and get half the portion of the other people sitting at the table. I just want a fair portion instead of getting much less than others. I ordered shrimp and for some reason, others at the table who didn’t order shrimp got shrimp. Anyways, the parts of the restaurant are nice, such as the atmosphere.

The hibachi is the same as all the others.
