Sam's club Monroeville is by far the worst place for tires. No one shows up for work there and they keep cancelling appointments. Suppose to have put on Monday after buying almost 2 weeks earlier. Get there and they cancel. The following day I have a tire blow out. Now stuck on a spare and no one shows up there for work today.

When choosing who i wanted to prepare our holiday cards this year, i thought hey let's give Sam's Club a try. I am extremely IMPRESSED!!! I was easily able to design them online, they were done and ready for pick up quickly, and the quality for the price was fantastic! I saved over $40 by choosing Sam's over previous vendors and the cards are just great. I highly recommend!!!!

Two years back a purchased a $300 set of pots from Sam's Club. The purchase came with a life time guarantee. I'm trying to replace several items that have rusted and are not useable. Sam”s doesn't honor the warranty and the vendor of Titanware, TTTrading company is non responsive to my phone calls and emails. You buy from companies you believe are fair and focused on taking care of reasonable customer concerns, it doesn't appear Sam”s is fair and customer focused. This is so unfair but too many of the billion dollar companies don't care and you can't do anything about it.

I recently joined and am pleased thus far; even though the bag of croutons I purchased today have been expired since AUGUST�I am not mad just baffled as to how I possibly ended up with it (picked up my order from online) ��check your packaging, people. But the free, online pick up service is awesome and convenient ! I, by no means, am a lazy person; BUT I am very busy and do not always have enough time to mosey around in a store searching for items. I really hope they continue to make me happy so I can renew next year!

The Monroeville Sam's Club has just recently changed General Managers and unfortunately the transition has not been a smooth one. We are business owners, and spend a considerable amount of money with this unit. Being out of most of the waters, like 32 oz Deer Parks, 16.8 oz bottles of Aquafina, the 24 oz Deer Park sports cap. Stews, ready to eat dinners, non existent, the "ready to bake pizza" had so much sauce, it was not edible. Green banana's are the norm, and being we know almost every employee, they are not happy. Sam's Club is a world class organization, and when the store's sales begin to decline, someone might pay attention. We have taken our $40,000's we spend at Sam's Club and gone to Costco. It was a great run.
