The workers here are always kind and helpful. Everything I've tried has been really good. The chocolates may seem pricey, but they are comparable to Sarris's and at half the price when you include shipping. The milk chocolate lemon creams here were delicious!

If I could give zero or negative stars I would. The most atrocious customer service experience ever from a young lady with glasses and dark hair behind the counter. I asked one question about what products they had available and she was rude, condescending and the most unpleasant person I've had to deal with in years. I will never go back to this place.

The loaded waffles are absolutely delicious! The lady that took our order was super helpful and kind. She made each loaded waffle with a lot of love! We also got truffles to take home for later.

On the plus side, Great place if you are craving something sweet. My daughter and I got waffles with toppings and they were fresh, warm and really good. So many options it was hard to choose. On the minus side, this is a great place that probably won’t last because of the location. The foot traffic is minimal because this mall is not a popular destination any more. Personally, that was probably my last trip there considering how far it has degraded. This shop would do so much better in some place like Miracle Mile where more passers by can see and smell the great offerings at this cute little shop. Regardless, I’m rooting for them.

This is a new chocolate shop inside the Monroeville mall. They have a HUGE selection of chocolates, truffles, and other confectioneries. They also have a small ice cream shop. The business is part of the autism employment network and is worth shopping at since it has a great mission statement and cause.

The staff is so friendly and the prices are beyond reasonable.They literally have every different kind of chocolate you can think of.And this place directly benefits the Autism community by generating jobs that employee them right at the shop making all of the goodies you will see displayed.They also have ice cream as well.Great for gift giving or a treat for yourself.Go check it out you won't be disappointed!

This place looks like it used to be a bank as they have offices in the back and a big safe, the food they serve looks tasty but that's not why I went there, the offices in the back as well as offices in another nearby space in the mall do services and projects for people with issues like Autism, I look forward to working with them again and if you want to get involved with them I encourage you to do so
Friendly staff !Great tasting and so many tempting sweets and treats surrounding you at every turn .The weather was nice so we ate our ice cream outside and enjoyed the seating made available to do that at SpectroDolce !Check it out! Your sweet tooth will thank you for sure ?

First time here today. We tried the Belgian waffle with cookie butter, key lime truffle and toasted coconut truffle. The key lime didn't have a very strong flavor, but the toasted coconut did. The waffle was to die for! They also carry old fashioned locally bottle sodas, don't miss those either!

Always enjoyed coming here, it’s a bit out of the way but super delicious Ice cream and treats. But today the employee (manager?) was extremely rude and ruined our entire experience, not sure we’ll come back again.

I got some chocolate covered pretzels, they were really good. Chocolate on them was so good. Very clean and friendly. And they support the Autism community and hire & teach them quality skills. I love it! Check them out & if you can't get there, look them up online & you can donate to them!!
